Check messages from Mariah
Mariah Carey has sent secret messages to fans in the video for new single Don't Forget About Us. The sexy promo features the diva frolicking on a football pitch, while behind her is a wall covered with graffiti. The bright markings on the wall are in fact messages from Mariah. One is a thank you to the fans who set up the website devoted to her dog, Jack.
Another is the number 17, which refers to the fact that, if this single tops the American charts, it will be Mariah's 17th No. 1. There are five messages in total, which Mariah hopes fans will unravel. She said: "It'll be interesting to see if they can figure out what they mean. It's a sort of thank-you to my fans."
The promo was shot in Los Angeles by director Paul Hunter and is currently being aired on MTV. We've got our hands on the artwork for the new single, which is released on December 12. (Daily Record)
