Yes, I was talking about the beer allegations. By mentioning that incident, I was just alluding to the fact that people in life have often interjected their sense of reality into Mariah's world and her sense of reality. Whether it's a rogue nurse vying for attention, or an ex "friend" trying to sell a tell all, Mariah has been affected by disgruntled people trying to shake her world. So adding images and drama is like fodder for the rumor mills plus they can get too real in ones's real life. But Mariah is gonna do Mariah and fans are gonna fan and haters gonna hate and potatoes gonna potate. As always, I wish Mariah and her children the best.

I'm hoping for the best outcome for Mariah and her children. I don't give two sticks about the rest of them, because they don't seem to really care about her. I do hope Nick's delay is about trying to secure the best outcome for his kids. People are forgetting about that strange incident after she just had the kids and the authorities got involved. Her own brother reminded us about that just last year with his own embellishments. Better safer than sorry IMO.

Lefsetz quote (63,876)
by RibbonB from USA
| |
|
|
"Most of what you read about entertainment is wrong, pure fiction, lies, drummed up by publicists for effect. But the media repeats it and the public buys it and the perpetrators have the last laugh. You don't become the biggest star in the world because you have the most talent, but because you've been anointed by the machine, that's the dirty little secret. And you get into position by hustling, telling everybody how great you are, making loyal friends and working the angles. Of course luck counts, so many projects end up failing, but not all of them." This quote is from a media music critic by the name of Lefsetz. It's funny that Mariah's old buddy Jasmine quoted some of this on June 22. It caught my eye, she tweeted it in no particular context, but very interesting and possibly telling. He wrote this in the context of Trump running for office and potentially winning, but we see this often in the entertainment game.

She has become her worst enemy, or has just decided to do the most and pretend to be the most. I'm sad to say that lately she seems to have lost her faith in God, she certainly doesn't mention Him like she used to. She seems dependent upon the hype machine. I hope she can pull through before the worst possible happens. I listed the three worst possibilities a couple months ago. I mean, we all passed over her display with fellow E reality wedding chick Blac Chyna. "Free" cheap press, but at what long term cost? The Touch My Body moment is cute, but Blac Chyna? She may as well have had Kim K. on the stage. This latest team of boys on her payroll, Sussone and Bryan are the lowest, but some of the lambs think it's cute, she's lit, she's so free. Some just want to see her doing anything.

In other news, it seems TMZ miraculously knows that James has his divorce now and that Mariah says she will marry him as soon as Nick signs on the dotted line. Lol this whole thing is beyond weird. We shall see how this plays out. They also claim that the merger will likely occur in August on his yacht near Capri. If they do make it down the gangplank, or aisle I hope they don't mean to take dem babies on their one month honeymoon. TMZ also alleges it will be a month long.

Trayvon and qhm, yes whatever movie she does, needs to be done right. She is keeping everything on lock from idea thieves, but hopefully she is thinking the retro route, for the nostalgia.

Mariah Hallmark movies (63,802)

Not to spoil a potential movie idea for Mariah, but I'd love to see her direct or star in a period movie. And definitely not a slavery period, but a cute 1950's or 1960's era. Music of the 60's is so iconic, she'd have lots to work with, not to mention the fashions. She tried it a little with Oh Santa video, but she was so pregnant then. I want to see hats, pumps and cute pocketbooks. Lol. And the cars of that eta are everything.

Chuck D. via his twitter threw some major shade about Mariah's DJ moment. I guess he doesn't like that real DJs are going without jobs so superstars can play around, to paraphrase. The article he posted said she starts at midnight. Sussone is going to be the main DJ anyway.

Or all of the above. Love, hate taking high road for the kids. But they did sign gag order not to discuss their specifics, or pay a big fine. The next phase will be this reality show.

The other option is she could stop performing altogether, but I'm sure she has no desire to stop. So perhaps this is her happy medium. I think she just wants to give fans a good experience of her hits and people like them to sound similar to what they know when they pay to see a show.

That person is a dummy and giving her video comments just gives her attention. She even had Mariah's brother noted as her father so you know she is ignorant and attention seeking. Obviously people will comment if they want, but this person is not Demi Lovato and the attention will only benefit her.

I definitely think she is with James for publicity. But if as they claim Nick agreed to custody, property and they have a prenup then even if he doesn't sign he must at least respond. If he says and does nothing Marian's side can ask for a judgement. She may not want to do that, but the ball is in her court. Now if Nick has concerns, requests or clarifications he and his lawyers are seeking then it's unfair to say all us agreed, but he's dragging his feet signing. Besides Mariah can talk to him not TMZ. He has a right to be mad, they hemmed him up on TMZ the week his grandfather died. How about both sides talk out of the press? Meanwhile James is lurking around saying nothing waiting for his reality show wedding.

They could have agreed he would do it first, but it took months for Mariah to write and release a break up record. None of it happened over night. All I'm saying is if they already agreed to terms but he just won't sign, then it's simple for Mariah to ask a judge to finalize. A spouse can't just hold up a divorce by not signing. He or his lawyers have to respond, or a judge could decide. It takes two to work on a marriage and there were reports that she would not go to counseling or rehab. Noe she is rushing into a whole other thing but complaining about the overlap.

Wild N Out was a good show that was too expensive to produce, but it was revived by popular demand. It has always been one of MTV's highest rated shows. Nick's jobs and success are because he hustles hard, his marriage and health suffered because of his work ethic. Mariah might have called him thirsty, but at least he likes to work. Lol.

Lol all of the above. No not drunk, just rushed. I listened to "Out on a limb", I remembered it then. It's an OK song. I live Teena Marie's faster funky stuff so I forgot about that one. Let's hope she works with James Bay.

Re: MIAM (63,639) (63,654)

Actually Mariah said nothing about cheating on Miam. The whole record was about him not being present the way she would have liked. Mariah implied somebody cheated during "Don't explain" in concert which of course got lots of attention. Funny all the cheating rumors during the marriage were about Mariah. I won't even name them. How funny but dice the break up Mariah is acting thirsty. Her every move is for attention and to promote this reality show. The interesting about Nick's song and all many of Marian's are they can be interpreted any ways. The TMZ part I interpret totally differently. But with Infinity Mariah implied he was broke and shaded him in a lot of ways, then she said oh no it's not about him it's about empowerment. That's the most petty empowerment song I've ever heard. Mariah is shady and gets away with it especially about Nick. But it gets people talking. A woman who wanted privacy would have worked on her marriage or divorce in person not on paper, on record and not in such a protracted way. Same with complaining about finalization when James and his wife are still not divorced. Nick isn't holding up a wedding that can't happen anyway. If the settlement terms and custody were not in dispute all she would need to do is ask a judge to close it out. TMZ and Daily Mail weekly posts keep her divorce in the press because Mariah seems to want it that way.

MIAM (63,635)
by RibbonB from USA

Except Mariah wrote a whole CD about the break up and Infinity about moving on. People blame Nick but the funny thing is she released the CD and the break down of their marriage really sped up. It's funny how people ignore faded to the art of letting go and act like she hasn't said anything. Mariah seems to be running this stunt anyway. Just as another perspective he may be doing her bidding, like he says in his song he will play the bad guy and not tell the real story. There is more than meets the eye.

Thanks Antonio. I font recall out on a limb, I will have yo YouTube that one. The current dong I lobe which Mariah would be goof at is let it go by James Bay. That song is do tender and instantly timeless. Too soon for her or anyone to cover it, but if she could co write dome songs with James Bay that might be great.
