Reviews (52,613) by B from USA Since Infinity was released I've been reading every review I can find. The only negative thing that was written was that her voice sounds strained on the chorus which I think was done purposely, it sounds gritty and guttural, to add emotional depth. Fans (52,610) by B from USA Out of ammo, got to (gotta) reload. Every complaint is the same. It's stale and boring on this forum. I have promoted this song on my facebook page and twitter and everyone that has listened to the song loves it. One girl thinks it's her best song since Touch My Body and another said it's her best song since the Butterfly album. I think it's going to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 next week in the Top 10 from sales, views, and streams. I really think this single has the potential to become her 19th #1. Fans waited patient for this precious moment, and she makes it all worthwhile, just wait for the ending high note.On the mid-tempo breakup song, cleverness remains. Infinity (52,422) by B from USA Is tailor made for Adult Contemporary, Pop, and R&B radio. It has a sing a long chorus that is catchy and the verses are clever. The speculation about the lyrics will get the public interested in the song which will translate into streams and downloads. #1's To Infinity (52,414) by B from USA The original release included When You Believe, Mariah's Oscar winning duet with Whitney Houston, Sweetheart with Jermaine, Whenever You Call with Brian McKnight, and I Still Believe. Sweetheart, a cover of Rainy Davis' Sweetheart released in 1987, was a cute song. When You Believe was a miracle. Mariah's duet with Brian on Whenever You Call was underwhelming. Mariah's cover of Brenda K. Starr's I Still Believe, on which she sang background vocals, was her way of paying tribute to her. Starr's version peaked at #13 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Starr's first and only top twenty single on the Hot 100. Mariah's version peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100. Mariah made the song her own and the remixes she commissioned are/were epic. Infinity is a hit. It's got everything going for it except for the few so called fans that dislike it but that's not going to stop the public from hearing the song and thinking Mariah Carey is back and in fine form with a catchy witty new single. Ty (52,386) by B from USA Mariah's voice doesn't sound processed or auto tuned. Her voice sounds clear. Her voice is on point. She's obviously been seeing a vocal coach and is or has retrained her instrument. Mariah Carey is a genius lyricist. Roger was right, the lyric is clever and catchy. I don't understand why some of you don't like this song, I love it. I don't usually rush to judge a song after only listening to it once or twice and suggest those of you who hate it or don't like it take another listen to this lyrical and vocal masterpiece. I could understand these complaints if this song was as bad as Triumphant or any of the songs on MOAIA but it's not. It trumps Love Story, that song was a poor attempt to recreate WBT and it was an epic fail. (Monday 27 April 2015; 18:21)

Infinity (52,354) by B from USA Infinity is classic Carey. She hasn't released a Pop song with a sing-along chorus like this since Fantasy. Infinity has future hit written all over it. I hated Triumphant and MOAIA but I can't deny this song has me feeling nostalgic. I see this becoming her 19th #1. The buzz surrounding this song wasn't exaggerated. Bravo, Mariah. She finally ditched her go to collaborators and has struck gold with this new sound which is a hybrid of Pop Mariah and R&B Hip-hop Mariah. (Monday 27 April 2015; 15:16)

MIOAIA sold 500,000 copies and Obsessed peaked in the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 and #Beautiful peaked at #3 on the Billboard R&B Songs chart and #15 on the Hot 100. She didn't promote MIAMTEC because of professional issue with IDJ and personal issues with Nick. Talent always rises to the top and Mariah Carey is truly talented. Often imitated, never duplicated. Radio is playing her songs and the DJ's are saying big things are coming from Mariah. The hype and buzz has me excited. I just opened an iTunes account just to buy Infinity. I wouldn't bet against Mariah, Epic, Sony, and Reid. They are going to do whatever it takes to help Mariah reclaim her throne. 2015 is the Return of the voice and she's back at Sony with Reid.
