It's not a long drawn out title like Me. I Am Mariah, but it's not kiddie or juvenile sounding like say Rainbow. I too hope for a good roll out and a good about of promotion. He actually took up for Mariah and didn't take the bait when Vlad was trying get him to say she was having episodes. I thought he was informative while still being respectful to her and her situation. Sone of the stuff he talked about we already knew. Such as Mariah living in a bubble to protect herself. Y'all actually need to watch part nine so you can hear it for yourself and make your own judgement of what he was saying. She had something that she needed to get off her chest. Lol. This is the first time that I've seen a performance of Beautiful where she looked as if she enjoyed herself. From the title of the song I envisioned a video with her lighting a man's clothes on fire in the front yard like Angela Bassett did on Waiting to Exhale. I really wanted an aggressive/angry video to match the title. It's not a bad video, but there was just so much more that could have been done besides beauty shots. There's working links to the song and they are going to get that video out. Hopefully this will continue. I honestly didn't think we'd get any music this year (her track record hasn't been great in the few years). I'm glad I was wrong and despite me being skeptical I always want her to win. I agree about the song possibly not translating well live. This is the type of song that may need a remix or to be changed up for live performances. It puts me in the mind of You're Mine. I have not listened to the clip because I'd like to hear the song in its entirety. Those clips hardly ever do anything for me. From what y'all are saying she actually says the f word in the song and I'm not upset about it. I definitely don't want to hear a song from her full of curse words (although she's due to put out a song like that), but I'm not going to act as if I don't listen to other vulgar music and say some pretty vulgar things in my daily life. Just not a huge deal for me. I'm more worried about whether or not it's a sh*t song that she's putting out to cater to these teenagers who sit on social media all day yes queening her, but won't purchase her music. My Saving Grace (live from Soul Train Awards) (83,633) by Licia from USA This is one of my favorite performances of MSG and of course this is my favorite song from Charmbracelet. (This song healed my soul immediately when I first heard it). Yes I know she lipped the climax, but it's still a good performance in my eyes so no one has to point that out. I know already.
