Billboard (87,119) by B from USA Billboard had Patti LaBelle introduce Woman of the Year Award recipient Ariana Grande at the WIM 2018 ceremony. Her first single, The Way, sounds like a Mariah song that didn't make it past the demo stage, lol. Her new single only went to #1 because of the media frenzy surrounding Miller's death and their relationship. She released the song to capitalize on the publicity and it showed her true colors. GTFO was a buzz song. The second single is A No No or the remix featuring Lil Kim, Missy Elliot, and Cardi B is the second official single and radio will play it because Cardi B's on a hot streak. Mariah, Mariah, Mariah (87,038) by B from USA Glitter hit #1 on iTunes, Caution debuted at #1 on Billboard's R&B Albums chart, and Merry Christmas replaced Caution at #1 on the R&B Albums chart the following week adding another record to Mariah's already impressive list of accolades and achievements. I almost forgot to mention that All I Want For Christmas is You has reached an even higher peak on the Hot 100. Mariah isn't stupid, she's not going to promote Caution during the holiday season. In January she'll release the A No No remix and resume promoting Caution. Let's focus on the positives. Is #23 on Billboard's R&B Albums chart. With You is still at #9 on the Adult R&B Songs chart. Next month Mariah and Epic will begin promoting Caution again with the A No No remix.
