Two thumbs up for Mariah, her vocals, the back up singers and melody - very Daydream-ish. I like it. I've been longing for her to sing an old school, real ballad. I wish they'll release this record. As a fan, I am protecting my idol, but the truth is that I didn't see Mariah missbehave in any way. In 20 years, I never heard anyone say that Mariah talked trash at someone. People talk that she has diva manners, but no one ever said that she curses at people. Nicki is using all this scheme to get some exposure. I believe that, in time, Mariah will talk about this. One unprofessional outburst by Nicki caught on tape is one thing, but to carry that over onto her reality show is just opportunistic and petty. Glitter deprivation (36,669) by nikki from usa Virgin dropped the ball the whole way around where this soundtrack was concerned. The Glitter project was an interesting debacle. Initially, the movie was promoted well, but there wasn't much news on when it was debuting. By the time I found out it had been out for 2 weeks. Then, I went to go see it 2 weeks later and it was gone. What movie is there and gone in a month? I had a store in the mall back then, I played the Glitter album on repeat all day. You wouldn't believe the amount of people who asked me about the music that was playing, most didn't believe that it was Mariah. I had 5 ask me where they could get it and 3 of them came back to tell me they'd been to 5 music stores and couldn't find the Glitter soundtrack anywhere. So, I went out and looked - they were right. If Virgin is only going to release half a million copies, then only half a million copies can get sold. Most people don't know Virgin only had rights to US and Europe. Sony still had rights to it over in Asia which is why it did so well over there. Sony actually promoted it. (Monday 5 November 2012; 5:16)

Is anyone else beyond tired of this Nicki/Mariah stuff? (36,667) by Deedre aka MiTodoChop @HBF from Canada I just read the article on the front page of the site quoting Nicki. Obviously AI was underhanded in their lame attempts to garner publicity for the show by leaking the feud video. I was looking forward to seeing MC judge on the show - granted I'm not big on AI as a platform, and I had reservations when Mariah signed on, but I thought she was a great mentor in 2008 when she was on. I just feel frustrated by the fixation on the "feud". Frankly, I really don't care. I just wanted to watch to see what Mariah was going to do to support up and coming singers. Right now, quite honestly, I feel less and less interested in tuning in to watch AI. Sigh. (Monday 5 November 2012; 1:44)

Mariah and Nicki (36,665) by Miguelito6032 from USA I think people should let the issue go. I love them both. If you ask me, Mariah needs to stop being such a diva and stop being so self centered. She used to be so humble and charming and respected other artists, now it seems she's lost herself, and lost what I loved about her as a person. She is way too much of a diva now. I still love her music and will continue to support her just, I don't like the person she's become. As far as Nicki, that was disrespectful of her to say the things she said and uncalled for. I do think she is the type of person not to back down from Mariah like everyone else does. Which is good, but she should watch what she says to people. All in all, this fued was all for ratings, and people are buying into it and making it worse. All in all, both Mariah and Nicki need to grow up and get over the celeb highschool drama. Act like ladies, not divas. Very bad image. I'm still a fan of both though. I'm just tired of hearing about it all the time. I hope things change (Monday 5 November 2012; 0:53)
