I still love her though, she remains on my shortlist of faves due to her tone, and her songs. There are many greats, legends even who still sing strong, effortless even, into their sixties and seventies. Mimi is not one of them, but perhaps this new found touring is her setting the stage for the legacy leg of her career. Still perfecting how-to translate her best to the stage. I am due a vacay, might have to spend it on Vegas for this. I hope the focus will be on live singing and live musicians. And please no to low dancing for various reasons. We Belong Together (82,772) by RibbonB from USA I love this making of WBT article from 2015. Mariah and team were a tight knit team with a goal in mind. I don't know if they could ever re recreate that vibe. They were deliberate in trying to revisit Always Be My Baby. The true irony is in making the video Mimi wanted to burn the Motolla wedding dress, but Brett shot that idea down. But one year later or so she had her chance to burn a wedding dress, listening to Stella and Binaka with I Don't. now with Weinstein indicted, I wonder what will happen to Reid and Ratner, Mimi 's industry husband and brother respectively. On IMDB she is listed as playing someone named Erika. Perhaps you can provide us English speakers with a weekly series recap. That clip seemed hella shady though, as if he wasn't into the arranged studio romance perhaps, or what? The shade of having Thalia's niece play the "Mimi" character, sheesh. LM (82,676) by RibbonB from USA I caught a bit of the Luis story last Sunday on Telemundo. It looked boring, but I couldn't understand it since it's in Spanish. I got curious and checked the web for the plot lines and cast and wiki and info have no mention of Mimi at all. It seemed as if he focuses on his childhood/family and his babies' mommas. He has plenty of family drama to focus on. I'm sure undecided to gloss right over any other specifics, if any. (Wednesday 6 June 2018; 13:58)
