Mariah's voice was fab in Vegas, but... Why does she sound so beautiful on that Vegas stage but a hot mess other times. If the public at large saw what we saw in Vegas the public would embrace her again. The bad vocals, the weight gain, the poor fashion choices, the tumble in heals, the hitting her head on the door on TMZ video. Bad holiday performances which are all done right in the public eye. We all know the public has a love/hate relationship with Mariah. Celine has managed to avoid this lane that Mariah travels in. Aretha/Diana/Anita/Barb[a]ra will all be deemed icons because they toned it down, focused on classy shows, vocals, and catered to there [sic] fans, they sing the songs/bsides and hit the public wants. They don't sing the same boring songs for the last 10 years. If they can't hit notes, they re-arrange the songs. Mariah is slowly destroying her legacy. She is a joke to the public at large. A joke.
