About RibbonB from USA: I love Mariah's Music.

Article: Mariah dishes on new music, tour - and that performance (73,335) by RibbonB from USA
I noticed the " a friend of my mother's son" comment too. Yikes. I don't blame her for being done, but was hoping she meant my mother's friend's son. Some of her answers are clear, but some are a little jumbled. As far as her not feeling supported after NYE. I feel that she was fine, it is Stella's followup that screwed things up. M. needs a break from the leeches, to clear her head IMO.

Mimi L. girl I wouldn't put it past Stella to have foiled Mariah herself. Sabotage then try act the hero.

Re: Hilarious article (73,315) (73,328) by RibbonB from USA
Mariah foiled that ladies con game. Mimi's Christmas song has super powers, to suss out benefit queen's scam game. Yasssss. That is a viral moment, a video of people getting caught doing bad things while dancing to AIWFCIY.

Re: Stella's secret Twitter account (73,316) (73,327) by RibbonB from USA
You might be right. Who has time to tweet like that stanning so hard for Stellar? Only an unemployed kid, or a paid Stella staffer of some sort I would say. That timeline was interesting reading though. Wonder will they put their account on private, now that people might start trolling?

Re: I don't begrudge Mariah's relationships (73,292) (73,294) by RibbonB from USA
Mariah was not his employee. I didn't make Tonka out as daddy replacement, you did by implying that he is good with the kids and saying that is a good thing. Nick and Mariah divorced, by mutual agreement and you don't know how often he sees the kids or what the logistics are. You know what TMZ says. Silly people prefer to glorify hired hands. Mariah will learn, or not.

Re: Mariah and Stella in a relationship? (73,289) (73,290) by RibbonB from USA
Mariah has overturned a lot of what she used to say. She is being very "fake" this era. Plastic, "Illuminati" like illusions with her Complex magazine cover, drunk, cheater, golddigger images depicted on a reality show, which she refuses to call a reality show. Now she has a male prostitute/dancer living in her home? But people keep thinking she has a master plan? Lol. Stella did say they are sister wives, maybe she has Mimi in some devilish pact. Stella is such a flop and she is dragging Mariah down right along with her. I do hope Mimi will be able to cut ties with this loser. Yet another L for the year.

Re: Memoirs one of Mariah's all around best albums (73,277) (73,283) by RibbonB from USA
I love quite a few of the songs on Memoirs. It was a very good project, although it got a little bit the same sounding after a while. I love Candy Bling, Ribbon, of course and Up Out My Face and actually a few others. If she had just used more live instrumentation vs. so much programmed music, it would have been a real classic. Where are Dream and Tricky these days?

Re: I don't begrudge Mariah's relationships (73,273) (73,282) by RibbonB from USA
A parent should not involve their children if they are in something not serious or deep. That is reckless. And a rebound within months of the last debacle is stupid really. Whatever Mariah is doing, she is paying for it with her employee/paid escort.

Re: Mariah and Stella in a relationship? (73,264) (73,266) by RibbonB from USA
Lol, now you are adding "Lying Les-bot" to her list of L's and it is only the first quarter of 2017? Or did I miss the sarcasm? I have heard of some elaborate industry stunts, but that one would take the cake. Mimi seems lost more than anything, definitely not in love with a vampire bat bitch.

History repeats itself? (73,258) by RibbonB from USA
Like Eddie Morales said last year around this time, he hopes she-Stellar doesn't sink the ship before M. can relaunch her career. They seem to have already read the script and knew the cast. Now let us pray. But in Mariah's mind she created all that 800 hours of footage for her kids. My worst fear and one I have avoided saying is, I hope Roc and Roe don't end up treating her like her own siblings now treat her, with resentment. Kids are resilient, but they know, see and feel a lot.

Re: Actions speak louder than words (73,244) (73,254) by RibbonB from USA
The more people keep talking about it, good or bad, the more they will keep doing it. "We know she is happy, paparazzi snapping." Lol. I'm waiting for Stella to hire a stunt dummy so she can be in "love" and busy herself. They can double date, but that would be too hard for Stella to oversee her commodity. The kicker is neither will be a factor when this era ends. Tonka may get invited to Dancing With the Stars and Crustella will go back to reality show D listers. She was probably drooling over all the talent at the Mayweather party hoping they didn't notice those Mariah's World ratings.

Billy, here is Chaka Khan speaking on the demonic music industry. She is one of the most honest major singers willing to say anything on the subject. Here she is speaking to Piers Morgan after the death of Whitney.

Re: Mariah (73,218) (73,222) by RibbonB from USA
Crustella and her team do give me sinister vibes, but couldn't the lady who made the video have at least upgraded to Powerpoint vs. her little sheets of copy paper? I do wish Mimi would take a break and take care of herself and her children though.

I am not obsessed with him, but you seem to be. Just riffing off your old silly feud with Lannister or Shawn. I don't care what he does, he is a non factor IMO.

Re: Vocal changes (73,207) (73,215) by RibbonB from USA
Try using Google, or read before speaking. Here is a clear receipt. Chaka Khan as played by her own daughter on the Mikki Howard story. Chaka endorsed the movie herself on her twitter. She even introduced Mikki to the drug and was her frequent party partner. Chaka speaks on her past addictions with no regrets about it. I am glad she is alive and singing. I hope whatever may be M's issues, she will address and correct if possible. I am just not claiming to know what the deal is.

Re: Vocal changes (73,207) (73,211) by RibbonB from USA
You have no idea who I am and Chaka has admitted to using coke back in the day and just went into rehab for the same drug that killed Prince. My saying if, doesn't mean she doesn't have a problem, it just means Clown and all the others are not good reference points. I can use my own eyes as can anyone else on this board. Now you go back to being Morgan or whomever you are.

Re: ABC screws "La La Land" "Moonlight" (73,193) (73,210) by RibbonB from USA
Mistakes do happen on live TV, it is all about how one handles the error though. Warren Beatty was visibly confused at reading the wrong card, he just didn't do the right thing. He showed it to Faye Dunaway, who didn't even read the category, she just read the name. This happened a few years ago at the Emmy's to Aisha Tyler and the cast of The Talk. Aisha read the card to herself and then said this is the wrong category, so I am not going to read it and got it corrected and it was an awkward but funny "joke" at that point. At least in this case Price Waterhouse has accepted blame and will thoroughly investigate what happened and where the mistake occurred. The NYE debacle simply was not handled well before, during and after. The Oscars is one of the most watched TV shows when it airs, so a viral moment means nothing to its ratings.

Oscar party dress (73,195) by RibbonB from USA
That dress is beautiful and she wore it well. The boob part was a little too low, but that is how she likes it, otherwise what a lovely flattering dress.

Re: Article: Mariah posts cryptic tweet of support for Nick (73,189) (73,192) by RibbonB from USA
That is the least she could do. Now if she would just do the minimum regarding R & R. which is give the help appropriate boundaries with them, IMO. I don't blame Nick for making a public expression of doubt, especially if she never discussed a potentially important life change that involves his kids. I hope he never endorses it, considering how fast and publicly the last one imploded and she is still wearing the ring.

You mean except her dates. You forgot her overlord Crustella was also there watching over her property, I mean client and employee.

Re: Vocal changes (73,146) (73,167) by RibbonB from USA
Rappers go hard and often lie or exaggerate because that is what they do. Funny how Clown has never battled his real peers, only a diva. And like Remy said of Nicki, the only reason he/she went for M. is because he knows she doesn't carry. Easy target. He will never go head to head like Nas and Jay or any of his top named contemporaries. As for drinking and smoking, it affects some and not others. Chaka has been a coke head, smoker and drinker for most of her career and she is still going strong. If M. has a drinking problem I wish she would control it for her health and for her children's sake most especially. Morgan did betray Mariah whether she has a problem or not.

In Hip Hop news (73,136) by RibbonB from USA
Remy Ma ethered Nicki Minaj and included both a Mariah and a Nick mention in the same song. Lol. She is obviously pro Mariah, which is a good thing because she pulls no punches on Nicki Minaj.
