If done correctly it can work but Mariah is going to have to bare her soul and maybe hire a writer to collaborate with on her lines or she's going to ramble like see did on Idol. I still don't understand why she's doing this show. I think Stella thinks Mariah isn't as big a star as she is or that she needs this but she just needs great music and some urgency. She was snubbed for both Pop Vocal Album of the Year for Daydream, Song and Record of the Year for One Sweet Day, and R&B Album of the Year for Butterfly. Lead The Way, which was the love theme of Glitter, should've been nominated for Best Original Song at the Oscars despite the negative reception the film recieved. However, she's always been taken seriously as a singer songwriter she proved herself album after album in the 90's. (Monday 21 March 2016; 3:52)

She went through another divorce this time with children involved and has found love again. Romantic songs like Honey and Babydoll with The Weekend like beats. Big ballads like Outside, Looking In, Butterfly and Breakdown and The Roof. Elegant sultry mature and heartfelt. Mariah needs to bare her soul on record and work with the best producers and writers in the business instead working with JD and Big Jim. We want smart well written lyrics that are poetry that we can sing along to badly. My Truth is an alternative title I'm liking. She's on fire and she needs to pounce. She also needs another Underneath The Stars or Fourth Of July. Mariah, stay away from collaborators when writing lyrics, your pen game is strong and you can do this. (Saturday 19 March 2016; 17:07)

Carey family drama (60,561) by B from USA Alison sold Mariah out to the tabloids and after several failed attempts at getting Alison the help she desperately needed she gave up. Morgan has now followed suit and is selling stories to tabloids. She has supported her whole family. She basically raised Shawn. Her siblings have turned on her because she won't give them money and it's sad. I'm sure Mariah would pay for Alison's medical needs but Alison probably said give me the money which is a no no when dealing with a drug addict prostitute. Why Morgan is doing what he's doing is beyond me but my gut is telling me it also has something to do with money. (Friday 18 March 2016; 15:54)

She had a reason for being late. She'll be late to her own funeral. Liz Taylor was late to her's as instructed by her in her will. She also made a comment about how doing the Charmbracelet tour strengthened her voice so I think she's going to use this reality nonsense to promote a new single or album. Re: #Beautiful (60,511) (60,517) by B from USA I would love to hear her sing #Beautiful with Trey. Her voice wasn't in a good place when she was promoting it with Miguel. Since doing the residency and the tour her voice is in fine form and she could and can finally give the song the performance it deserves. #Beautiful was the song of the summer and should have been her 19th #1. I really hope she writes with Miguel again. Happy Perez produced the best song she's released in years so she should call him and Miguel up and get in the studio asap. (60,516) by B from USA Mariah is using this as a vehicle to rehab her image. She is a diva that is on the joke but the public think she's serious when she's joking. Her recent interview about it being a documentary made me understand why she decided to do this project. She's still a megastar and a living legend. Dem babies aren't going to be on the show which means Mariah has put a lot of thought and effort into this project. This documentary is her way of proving she can still sing and that she's not out of touch with reality. I'm loving the ensembles she's wearing on tour. (Thursday 17 March 2016; 14:07)

I hope it's a docuseries that focuses on her backstage rituals and her relationships with the band members and backup singers especially Trey. Stevie J (60,403) by B from USA Why are people saying he produced and wrote Honey and Breakdown. The lyrics were written by Mariah except the interpolated lyrics she sampled. I think half of the album should be Frank Ocean and Miguel midtempos, Bruno Mars ballads, and The Weeknd R&B-pop. She needs to write with these artists and their collaborators and producers. Make a brilliant album, forget sexism and ageism because you look half your age and your legendary voice is in form. Frank Ocean like intospective ballads with personal lyrics and Miguel like midtempos that are simple, catchy, and sexy like Coffee and Touch My Body.
