Mariah Carey's next single isn't called "Be Mine"

It seems that Mariah Carey wants to implement the title of her latest single "The Art of Letting Go" and move on after its nonexistent promotion. The glitter diva announced during NBC's New Year's Eve taping with Carson Daley that she will release her new single on Valentine's Day 2014 and expects a Spring release for her upcoming fourteenth studio album also called "The Art of Letting Go".

This will be the third official single. Remember Mariah released her not-so-triumphant buzz single "Triumphant (Get 'Em)" in 2012. Last year, she also released the lead single from the album, "Beautiful" with Miguel, and the last so far, "The Art of Letting Go", which peaked at number 119 on the Billboard chart.

Now, still waiting for the official announcement from the singer herself or the record label, begin to know some new details of the expected new single. According Los Angeles-based music producer and deejay Jazzy Jim, the song is called "Get You Off My Mind". The producer tagged that information in his Twitter account, and he subsequently removed it. According to sources close to the artist, the song is very catchy and will be an instant hit. Mariah is about to return with batteries charged and ready to slay all your faves. Fingers crossed!

On February 6, ABC News confirmed that the new single is called "Be Mine", but unfortunately American TV B. Scott personality denied that information on Twitter. Hopefully Valentine will bring more success to the shepherdess of the flock of lambs.

You're Mine (Eternal) is a great song. The We Belong Together comparisons were unwarranted however ever ballad she releases will be compared to it. You're Mine (Eternal) has a huge chorus and it's as catchy as the flu. I love the underwater shots from the video.
