Telethon kicks off tomorrow but Channel Seven claims it's still in the dark about whether James Packer and his superstar partner Mariah Carey will attend. Radio 6PR hosts Steve Mills and Basil Zempilas told listeners there was talk that Packer would be in Perth for Telethon this weekend. The pair also suggested on their Rumour File that Mariah Carey may perform.
However, Channel Seven spokeswoman told PerthNow today: "As far as we're aware, she is not attending. And she's not performing on Telethon, as far as we know. And we don't know if they are attending The Lexis Ball this year. We haven't been told they are. James has attended the Lexus Ball in the past."
