Mariah Carey performs at VH1 Hip Hop Honors concert

She's not known for her low-key and laid-back demeanour. And true to her famous reputation as one of the world's biggest pop stars (and divas), Mariah Carey stole the show at Sunday's VH1 Hip Hop Honors: The 90s Game Changers concert, in Los Angeles.

Taking to the stage for a set of some of her greatest hits, the 47-year-old Without You hit-maker ensured all eyes were on her at the show thanks to her vocal skills and sartorial selection. Hitting the stage with a group of muscle-bound male backing dancers, Mariah straddled a gold-speckled jet ski as she arrived on the stage for the nautical-themed set.

Showcasing her figure in a skin-tight black jumpsuit, which clung to her famous figure, the chart-topping diva certainly stood out from the crowd. Wearing the one piece open to her navel, the Touch My Body star ensured her modesty was (just) covered by a very racy gold-speckled bustier, which put her ample assets front and centre.

Rounding the outfit off with a pair of thigh-high boots, Mariah ensured that her whole ensemble stuck to the same glitzy yet racy theme. Wearing her long blonde lock down in a perfectly coiffed do, which saw her locks tumble down around her famous features, Mariah ensured her famous features were framed.

Belting out some of hits with more gusto than some of her other more recent appearances, the star seemed to have plenty to celebrate as she headed out with backing dancer and on/off boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, 34, to LA hot-spot Mr Chow. Mraiah could hardly keep the smile off of her face as she led the dancer out of the eatery following a romantic pit-stop. Bryan, whose rollercoaster romance with Mariah was charted in her reality show, went for a relaxed monochrome ensemble.
