The 48-year-old mother-of-two paired her ostentatious outwear with yet another cleavage-boosting LBD, black tights, and matching thigh-high suede boots.
Despite it being nighttime, the five-time Grammy winner kept her large sunglasses firmly placed on her made-up face and she flashed an enthusiastic thumbs up. Mariah finished off her casual evening attire with her signature long blonde coiffed curls and she was, of course, dripping in diamond jewelry for her solo outing.
On Monday, Carey - who boasts 45.5M social media followers - retweeted a video of an entire high school cafeteria singing along to her 2005 hit We Belong Together. The native New Yorker - who graduated from Harborfields High School in 1987 - noted: "More time than I ever spent in my school's cafeteria lol."
Missing from the Star actress' side on Tuesday was her on/off toyboy Bryan Tanaka, whom she was spotted on a dinner date with last Wednesday at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills.
