Mariah wins BET's Smile Award
Mariah won one out of the three awards she was nominated for at this year's BET Awards '08 which aired live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California last night. The award for LOL Best Comedic Video (pre-awards, online poll) went to Hot Stylz' "Lookin' Boy". Sadly, Mariah (for "Touch My Body") was not even read as one of the nominees during the live announcement on BET's 106 & Park.
The award for My Black is Beautiful's Beautiful Healthy Smile (beauty awards, online poll) went to Mariah. Thanks to everyone who voted. Finally, the award for Best Female R&B Artist (major category) went to Alicia Keys.
