What's with this crap? Then the stupid captions with emojis and hashtags. No other celeb over 20 uses those. Just post a darn decent photo and leave it like that. No need to put your own twist to it. What shocks me is she is allowing these to be sent out to the public when she is engaged and has 2 kids. Why does Bryan snapchat these and why is he allowed? Most of the snapchat are when Mariah is a little tipsy. Why not just make videos of when she is not drunk? Most of the videos Bryan posted of her are when she is tipsy. (Sunday 12 June 2016; 1:14)

Essence Festival (63,206) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter So the Essence Festival is coming up, and I heard there are about 500,000 attendees. That's huge. This is a huge opportunity to finally get her current voice and confidence be shown on a much larger scale than just the lambs and casual fans. I hope she chooses her set list wisely. Throw in some surprises. I don't know how much time each performer gets, or how many songs she can fit in, but I'd like for her to perform there (Stella please take note): 1) Heartbreaker 2) So Lonely or One And Only with Twista (Both the songs are fire and so amazing and underrated. Why none of these were released as singles is beyond me.) 3) #Beautiful remix with Miguel and Young Jeezy 4) I'm That Chick or Migrate 5) Love Takes Time 6) Make It Happen/Anytime You Need A Friend (or a mash-up of the two) 7) My All or Always Be My Baby 8) We Belong Together 9) Shake It Off 10) Side Effects She can open with the "Fantasy" remix featuring O.D.B., by open I mean arrive on stage grooving to "New York In the house" only O.D.B's first rap or add her first verse. Or she can switch it up and enter with the "Loverboy MJ Cole Remix Radio Edit" and keep it from "Hey MC where your Loverboy at" to the very first "Loverboy chorus intro" at the very beginning of the song. These would get the audience pumped. I'd like to here what other set lists you all would prefer. (Friday 10 June 2016; 10:51)

Random Mariah mentions (63,204) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter I am seeing a lot of random Mariah mentions on my Facebook news feed from various pages (magazines and all, not fan pages) that I've liked, like Marie Claire, Elle Magazine, Vogue, Billboard and the likes. The posts that the magazines share usually comes with a caption and in majority of them I see only Mariah's name is mentioned like "throwback high school portrait of celebrities - you won't believe which one is Mariah Carey". Then the "10 times celebrities lost their sh*t - remember the time Anne Hathaway lost it when she saw Mariah". So even though many other celebs are mentioned in the articles, they are only mentioning Mariah in the captions, which is cool. Any exposure is good exposure. Billboard seems to be showing her a lot of love too, with several articles about the different aspects of Mariah's life, her achievements, her milestones and all. If her team is behind this, I'm happy with it. (Friday 10 June 2016; 10:22)

That's one (out of many) of the parts of her voice that absolutely mesmerizes people. She should throw in some well known songs too and maybe do a mini cover of some recent popular song since that's what some of the others do in Carpool Karaoke. When Mariah did the skit, even though she didn't sing much, it was the highest viewed on the channel, that's until Bieber did his. But imagine Mariah with her current confidence and fierceness. The glitter bodysuit (63,164) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter This outfit is the second worst (after the fur robe). It looks incomplete, weird and uninspired. What is even happening in the lower region of the dress? Plus I said this before but I just can't with how uninspired the bead detailing is. Bring back the SSFT original bodysuit. It was unnecessary and if they had to make her wear it, it should have been with a bodysuit not a gown. Plus they should have limited the fur to the first picture we saw of it, where there was just a little fur lining, the whole thing wasn't covered. As for the red dress, I see it's getting a lot of hate haha but I think she looked stunning in it. I actually prefer this (for a show) than the other red we saw. (Wednesday 8 June 2016; 21:18)

I need a clearer picture of the white TMB dress. I think it's a cute one. Higher quality pictures may change my mind though so waiting on them. As for her voice and confidence, Mariah is on fire. Ensemble Debut (63,145) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter Look 1 and 2. The second picture is giving me serious Grammys 2006 performance tease. This is the final product of the dress we saw previously being made. New bodysuit for "Honey". This is the outfit she wore for "My All". I think she looked great. Red really is Mariah's color. Hood-riah moment haha. This was for TMB I guess. Love this new dress as well. Stunning. This is a short clip from her performing "My All" in the red dress. She looks great, and sounds great and she is clearly feeling confident. I'll keep an eye out for better quality shots of the outfits. (Wednesday 8 June 2016; 13:38)

Every other Carpool Karaoke I've seen, they just let lose and sing their hearts out. Even the ones who are not great singers. They just have a great time. Sing along, be crazy. As much as I love Mariah, I wish she didn't continuously use the "I didn't sleep last night, I'm not going to sing today" excuse. Girl can out-sing most of today's top artists on her worst day, but she's just too conscious sometimes. James Corden actually sang way more than Mariah there. But yes, I'm happy to hear that Corden said that a lot of people rejected his offer before Mariah signed on. That's when it got big. So yet another trend-setting moment from our Mimi. As for the feather/ruffles robe situation, it is giving me the billionaire's wife vibes. Haha you know how in TV shows and movies the rich trophy wives wear these elaborate robes over their negligees and walk down the spiral staircase (with the train of the robe trailing behind) or lounging on a chaise lounge.
