About B from USA: Slowly but surely®™ The Vindication of B ®™

"There are people called haters and we give them positivity" MC

Randy (48,542) by B from USA
Thank God I Found You was a hit because of the remixes. Those remixes are still being played on the radio and in clubs and the original video is one of Mariah's best.

You think MJB's The London Sessions is a better album than MIAMTEC? Seriously? I can't. I don't even know what to say. Did you really claim people don't know the words to We Belong Together? Everyone knows that song and unlike Whitney and Celine, Mariah has more than one signature song that she will be remembered for, lol. I can't. Mary lost her crown when Mariah came gunning for it in 1997.

Walter and Tommy (48,526) by B from USA
This quote sums up my thoughts on Walter and Tommy. "I think Mariah should endorse a brand of Christmas goat cheese made from the milk of those goats," says Afanasieff. "And I would obviously want half of the profits." They only want what they can get from her not what's in her best interest. She co-wrote the music with him and wrote the lyrics by herself so any musician could replace him and she's proven that time and time again. First by working with Warren and Foster and then Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

Rockefeller (48,511) by B from USA
Please that leaked vocal track isn't as horrible as people think. A few missed notes that everyone knows she can still hit does not make a bad performance. How do you know she wasn't on the phone with her lawyers for hours the night before? If she was her performance is completely forgivable. After the ridicule from fans and media outlets if her voice is as shot as people are claiming than why would she even consider adding more dates? She doesn't need the money. She did it because she's regained control of her voice and had been working with a vocal coach and she's going to silence the naysayers with the opening night concert. The other reason she added more dates is because she cares about her fans. She created the model for the modern pop star. Without her there would be Beyoncé or Rhianna. Even Britney and Justin owe their careers to her. She created the Pop/R&B/HipHop genre and pioneered the pairing of a female singer with a rapper. She's Mariah Carey and she still gives me what I want.

AI (48,506) by B from USA
Mariah's stint on AI didn't hurt her. Scripted or not, real or fake Nikki was the one who suffered because of that hot mess. She was relatively new and she was disrespecting Mariah Carey and the public, especially the AI fans, hated her not because of the feud but because she was insufferable. Karma paid her back. Iggy came and stole her crown, lol.

I'm sorry but I have to (48,482) by B from USA
I listened to Bey's self titled album and it's awful. People are questioning Mariah and letting Bey slide after releasing that train wreck. No wonder she did that surprise release, if people had the chance to hear it they wouldn't have bought it. And radio is playing her songs and her videos look cheaper than You're Mine (Eternal). If the public had heard Mariah latest it would have outsold Bey's. I guess being Jay Z's wife has its perks. I miss the old Bey who wrote catchy songs and didn't try to be Rhianna for sales. Just saying. MIAMTEC is way better than Beyoncé.

Tabloid gossip (48,481) by B from USA
Does anyone believe the article that says Nick is considering getting back with Mariah because of her bank balance and that she'll take him back knowing that? Nick was a D-List celeb before Mariah.

Al I want is a US tour (48,477) by B from USA
Next year marks my twentieth as a fan and I have never seen Mariah live.

Mariah (48,465) by B from USA
The last time Mariah's talent and status was in question she created The Emancipation. I think she'll create a masterpiece. Plus her last divorce inspired Butterfly and she didn't have children with Tommy. She's going to slay everyone like she did in 2005. Mark my words. The haters will be kissing her a$$.

Merry Christmas musical (48,460) by B from USA
I remember when that was mentioned. I think Benny was the man behind that idea. I think Mariah realized she was too young to do a seasonal show. Maybe in 5 or 10 years from now. Mariah can act, she's proven that and everybody knows she can sing. My only problem is Broadway shows are daunting. Three of four performances a day/night. Her voice is too fragile for that. If she is going to do it she should do one show a week.

Tommy (48,459) by B from USA
Mariah and Tommy were separated when she began seeing Derek. Technically they were still married but I don't think it's cheating. Like Rachel and Ross from Friends, they were on a break, lol.

All Mariah needs is promotion and word of mouth advertisement (48,455) by B from USA
I was with my best friend today and we started talking about Mariah, naturally. I asked her if she had heard Mariah's newest album and she said I didn't know she had an album out. The last song I heard of Mariah's was Beautiful and that was a great song. The masses haven't heard any of the follow up singles from the album. You're Mine (Eternal) was barely played on the radio. With the right song and the right push with a Clear Channel deal and radio and television spots, Mariah can easily bounce back from this minor set back. The public will warm to her because she's a single mom who's husband cheated on her and dragged her name through the muck.

Plus (48,448) by B from USA
She didn't have a chance to warm up. Do vocal exercises. Mariah still has her voice, it's just fragile. She can't spend days being silent before gigs like she used to because she has kids so these underwhelming performances are forgivable and understandable. Her voice is a God given gift that should be cherished not ridiculed. PS Edward feel free to send me a friends request on Facebook. Others already have. Is that you in your profile pic or your man?

Help Me Make It (48,444) by B from USA
That song deserved an Oscar nomination. Her voice is so versatile she can sing any genre. Amazing.

Catherine Bott (48,443) by B from USA
I've never heard of her but I think her explanation is spot on. Mariah needs to cover up during outdoor performances and besides she was on the phone for hours with lawyers which means that she gave a great performance under those circumstances.

Queen of the remix (48,439) by B from USA
Mariah is the queen of the remix. Her 90's remixes are perfection.

Jay (48,424) by B from USA
I have an identical twin brother and a younger brother and they both know every word to every Mariah song from 1990 to 2005.

ABC (48,415) by B from USA
ABC is asking people to share Mariah's Rockefeller performance video and they have added news clips about her Tokyo performance and divorce. I'm outraged. I think this is revenge because she signed that deal with NBC. ABC is supposed to be family friendly and they are bashing Mariah? This is insane. I hope she never goes on Good Morning America or any ABC program again.

Enjoyed (48,393) by B from USA
I enjoyed Mariah's Rockefeller performance. I can hear just fine thank you. Listen to the clips from the opening night of her tour and the audio of her vocals from this performance. It's a vast improvement which means she's doing something right.

Hello (48,390) by B from USA
Mariah did it first. I Still Believe came out in 1998. She has done countless homages to Marilyn. I Still Believe recreated MM's visit of the troops during the Korean war and Don't Forget About Us recreated her nude pool scene from the last film she worked on Something's Got To Give. Christina didn't really emulate Marilyn she was doing or going for the 40's Jean Harlow look. Just saying. Mariah's obsession with Marilyn is well documented. During her "breakdown" it was rumored that she believed Marilyn was communicating with her through her piano, lol.
