Where's whining Walter? (92,455) by RibbonB from USA Has anyone read Walter A congratulating Mimi for her illustrious induction yet? He's probably wondering how he could stake claim to her win. He contributed to a song or few, but this is about Mimi and shows they are separate and distinct in their relevance. Mimi was a little ticked that he was inducted before her, but they are even in different lanes as performer vs. producer. Congrats to Rick Nowels for his win this year. I've long wanted him and Mimi to work together. If they don't know each other already, I hope they meet and connect. I'm just singled she had to drop out of the time that then went to Thandie Newton in For Colored Girls. Mimi was pregnant, thank God and dropped out. This year it seems to be they know she appreciates it more than any of others. Lol. I'm just happy when deserving people get their due. I won't even label that. Lol. I do think it's fitting that Aretha was the first female inducted into the Hall of fame. The GOAT. There have only been over 50 women inducted and "fun" fact, the first 18 women were African American, from Aretha to Gladys, with many Motown women inducted early on. Not really, he's been a dad etc. Handsome enough guy, but he hasn't been that movie sex symbol. But I'm not a big fan and can't say I've really followed his movies, but I have seen enough of them on cable. He's done a few sex scenes in his football show, but meh.
