Rainbow25 and other new songs (105,326) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter Do you all know about this account called "Carey Insider", anyone knows how reliable they are? They have an ongoing feud with the other insider account, apparent the other account steals info from Carey Insider. Anyways so Carey Insider posted that Mariah is going to release an extended Heartbreak Remix Version, which if true yay because I love Heartbreaker and its remixes but it is also random haha they have the hashtag Rainbow25 with it so I don't know if it's for an anniversary edition? In addition to this they post a lot of songs Mariah registered like "Better Together", cover of "Who's loving you", "Tiiime" and "It's Time", "Hello" and a lot more. I know these should be public records but I don't know how to verify haha. Also says fans of re-recorded remixes are in for a treat. The only really that I wouldn't go with Mimi is because she has never done a stadium tour. I don't think her voice could hold up with all of the humidity during summer. Super Bowl (105,308) by Brandon from USA Usher and MC don't have a hit together so it wouldn't make sense for him to bring her out. I could see him bringing out Alicia Keys to sing "My Boo" because that song was a huge hit. Super Bowl performers don't get a long time to perform and Usher has so many hits that MC isn't needed. MC said herself in an interview that Usher doesn't need her to put on a show at the SB (not verbatim). Plus, their performance styles are different. In this industry she needs to play the game to her advantage so if that means dancing with the devil every now and then so be it haha. Also I loved how beautifully Miley shared the symbolism of "Butterfly" for the little boy, Mariah and herself. It was so nice of her to request MC to stand next to her. She had every right to continue to pay them dust lol, but maybe, hopefully, this means the Grammy's are trying to right their wrongs with her in the past. I've always liked Miley Cyrus, even when she was younger and dumber and said some silly things about Mariah in the past. Looks like she's grown up and delved into Mariah's discography and what she's really about. She attended her Christmas show last year. Here are a few thoughts, I am so happy for Mariah getting the love and admiration she deserves by getting a standing ovation. Everyone looked like they were in awe of her and Miley was so pumped even backstage she was gushing over Mariah. I absolutely love the huge publicity Mariah got over this weekend and I hope she uses this momentum to her advantage. The industry is fast moving so she needs to make her move when the spotlights on her. I'm glad she didn't announce anything today because Taylor did and that's going to be a whole storm. But MC make your move. I think this Grammy collab has been a very strategic move for her and if true I'm glad she's finally playing the industry game to her advantage after so long. The Caution videos looked like high quality behind the scenes magazine photo shoots. We can't just have Mariah looking beautiful and posing on camera.
