About Lila from United States: I love Mariah
I love to travel, dance, and eat.

Re: Mariah spotted kissing Tarantula (68,807) (68,819) by Lila from United States
"Funny how no leaks or video of this." Exactly. Then this random "bystander" giving a ridiculously detailed account of what they were doing. Yeah right. It's a hot, transparent, and obvious mess. Mariah better not try to pull any marriage stunts with this fool but, sad to say, I wouldn't be surprised if she did, real or "commitment ceremony" style.

Why lambs/fans like Stella (68,784) by Lila from United States
From what I've seen, it's because of 2 reasons. 1) She's childish, and immature, and so are many lambs. Not all but many. Social media reveals true colors. How Stella talked to Page Six, is in the same vein of how many lambs talk to or about anyone who has anything to say about Mariah, that's not a glowing compliment (and many have said worse). They have the most childish, immature, and petty things to say and even if they're not crass with their words, they have the sentiment. They see themselves in her. 2) They like that Mariah has someone around to constantly pat her back and make her feel like everything she does is right. They like to dress it up as being glad that Stella is in Mariah's corner and only here for her but what they really advocate, whether they realize it or not, is the infantilization of a grown woman who seems to not be able to handle being alone, criticism, even if it's constructive and valid, and has to be seen as the perpetual victim in any and every situation that goes South.

Re: Oprah (68,695) (68,698) by Lila from United States
Speaking of Oprah, Vogue Australia just did an article about what was seen in the Mariah's World premiere episode. Oprah was mentioned: "Oprah told me 'don't let anybody think that you don't put your own shoes on anymore' and she's really right," Carey tells viewers in her new E. docu series (premiering 1pm and 9. 30pm, December 5), as an assistant laces her into a pair of skyscraper platform heels. I felt that peice of information coincidentally poignant right now? IMO Oprah is trying to say don't lose touch or let others think you've lost touch or can't do for yourself/function on the most basic of levels. Mariah surely needs to follow that advice but doesn't. The article also says: "But by the first episode's end, the wedding is already looking shaky as Carey makes the decision to postpone the nuptials, originally planned for March, so she can focus on her 27-concert, 25 country Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour." This reminded me of an article I read earlier this year and I went searching for it to check the date and sure enough, it was dated March 2016 lol. If any of you saw or didn't see it, it's the one that, not only said that the wedding was postponed indefinitely, it also said, in the most nicest way possible actually lol, that Packer's momma, Roslyn, didn't like Mariah. Woman's Day sure did have their finger on the pulse with this relationship. This was before the narrative changed to Nick holding up the process and Mariah and Roslyn "growing closer" lol. I guess TMZ was right also, it was just going to be a commitment ceremony. I guess Stella was really passing them off the truth. Before Packer abruptly ended their 10-month engagement last month, the singer and songwriter took her Mariah's World film crew to a wedding dress fitting - showing fans a glimpse of the fitted, princess-style couture gown, featuring a belted waist and delicate lace, embroidered with white sequins and pale pink beading, she had planned to wear. Her daughter, nicknamed Roe (and named after her movie idol, Marilyn) also had a flower girl dress chosen and is filmed gasping at her "pretty momma". Son, Moroccan (their father is TV presenter, Nick Cannon), marvels at his mother and says, innocently: "She looks like she's gonna start to marry somebody." I know Mariah said that she hadn't told the twins she was engaged to Packer but come the entire [censored] on. How do you have the twins with you, trying on gowns, Roe has a flower girl dress, and Roc is talking like he thinks you're just playing dress up. Marry "somebody"? You were supposed to be marrying James, a specific man that everyone else already knew about. That is going to look so stupid to people. Also, taking into account the previous quote that says that the "nuptials" were planned for March, it really seems like she was just going to spring this shit on Moroccan and Monroe. "Oh, by the way, my loves, the man whose been awkwardly tagging along with us, I'm going to marry him." Last one: "Interestingly, she introduces the audience to her nephew Shawn McDonald who works for his famous aunty but is not so impressed by her racy wardrobe choices. In denial about her penchant for plunging necklines, he refers to them as 'turtle necks' and explains: 'When she came out with Touch My Body I renamed it Touch My Elbow so that I could be comfortable with it.'" I didn't know Shawn works for Mariah. I believe he's a lawyer. Right? Does he handle some of the legal aspects of her brand, if anyone knows? Personally, I find him to be annoying and a few other choice words. Full article here.

Re: Thanksgiving pics with Nick and the kids (68,671) (68,679) by Lila from United States
It was so cute. I live for the family moments. I don't mind Nick's turbans but I wish he'd just wear the thicker ones only and he could've left that shirt in his suitcase lol and worn a button up.

Lol, well damn you were the real OG that night. A round of applause to you. You were on point though. There's nothing wrong with bringing up a fan. I feel like the fans do a lot for little in return.

Access Hollywood (68,632) by Lila from United States
I did like the Access Hollywood interview. Mariah was calm and not as defensive. She was straightforward and didn't ramble. I don't know why she couldn't do that on Ellen.

Re: Ellen interview (68,620) (68,631) by Lila from United States
What Mimi L. said lol. I'll add, though, that the multiple emojis on the second bathtub pic gives Mishka away. She does the same on her personal IG. She and the mother are into overly hash tagging and emoji-ing pictures but Mischka isn't as bad as Stella and she's been toning it down but if you go back through the pics on M's IG, you can see evidence of it. Kristofer hardly uses emojis and when he does, it's usually one. This circus is a mess. Mariah girl you are not twelve. This girl cannot be your best friend. Let it go.

Ellen interview (68,619) by Lila from United States
This is basically a running commentary. I'm writing as I watch. Put your titties away. Why wouldn't you assume there is a time difference between countries? I like that Ellen is asking good questions. Just give a straightforward I can't answer that right now as I don't know and keep the decorations compliment to yourself. Just play the game M. No one's asking you to actually kiss them. She is so frustrating sometimes. No Ellen. We're trying to get her away from the bodysuits. Didn't need the Aspen comment. This interview overall was pointless. We learned nothing about Mariah's World or any of her other endeavors. Which reminds me, I was just thinking earlier this morning, when I saw the preview of the Access Hollywood interview on IG, that there's probably no point in watching the full interview as the preview more than likely sums up the entire interview lol. We just never get much, if anything, out of these interviews.

Re: Ellen interview (68,616) (68,617) by Lila from United States
Yup. I'm talking about the bubble bath ones. I sincerely hope that there are no more moments like that to speak of, on or off social media, though. Like Mimi L., I also don't believe that there was any body suit to speak of, on Mariah's body, so regardless of the bubbles, Mariah was nude, in a bathtub, with a child taking pictures of her. That's off. I think I've also stated before that I find it off that this child is constantly hanging out with this group of grown adults. Nothing good comes of children who grow up too fast. Nothing good comes of situations where you put yourself in a position to be vulnerable like letting children hang out with you in adult situations and take pics of you in the nude. I've seen the normalization too and it pisses me off.

Re: Ellen interview (68,605) (68,615) by Lila from United States
I saw the video clip too and I just can't with her. Just say you were being stupid instead of lying. Also, this Mishka girl needs to go. It still blows my mind that she's supposedly friends with a little girl. A child is taking nude pics of her. Wow. Here I thought we had all learned from Michael Jackson that there is no such thing as grown adults being friends with children. Silly me.

Re: Will Mariah's popularity recover or are Lambs just old? (68,600) (68,604) by Lila from United States
Basically. I don't get why some fans don't get this. The forethought is not that the ratings will be bad but that the content will be and hurt Mariah's image in the process. Have some of these people not seen the comments for reality tv shows that indulge in messiness and drama and stupidity, like Love and Hip Hop? The GP tunes in for these shows, yes. They love the drama, the messiness, the crazy but they don't respect the people on them. They laugh at, criticize, and berate them. These people aren't taken seriously. And yes, as you said, viewership does not translate into sales of music or products. Same goes for Instagram followers.

Re: Nick (68,550) (68,566) by Lila from United States
Comprehension really isn't your strong point. My post didn't deflect from Nick. My post didn't attack Mariah's decisions. I didn't complain about people judging Nick's every move, solely, but their obsession with stalking and judging his every move although they finally got their wish and he's no longer with Mariah, therefor they should no longer care what he does. You really shouldn't take things out of context, it doesn't help you. No I wouldn't look crazy but you would because you continue to take things out of context. In the end, the big point of the matter, that you continually miss, is that no one has to agree with Nick's actions but that shouldn't be because someone has an obsession with seeing him fail or continually thinking that his actions should be decided on whether or not they'll hurt the feelings of a woman he's not even with anymore. You also keep glossing over the very real fact that the original post had nothing to do with Nick's behavior alone but how his actions make Mariah feel. This is also not a Nick board so no you won't see most of us discussing Nick. Lastly, it's disgusting to refer to Nick as a part time parent. He works. No parent has to apologize or be relegated to a part time parent for working. I'm sure if we ever got an in-depth look into Mariah's life, we would see that a good deal of her time is not spent with the kids either. Why? Because she has Vegas, touring, her music, that even after the twins were born, she kept her preference for working on late at night/very early morning. None of these things just happen while Mariah sits at home, baking cookies with kids. Then, there's the partying and Nobu runs with her circus who are also always around when she's with Roc and Roe. Roc and Roe have school with their tutors and their own extracurricular activities going on. The only difference between Mariah and Nick is that the twins travel with Mariah more (and no that doesn't automatically equate to more quality time spent) and she has a nanny. The same setup could be replicated with Nick but I bet most wouldn't dare suggest the thought of her letting him take the twins while he travels for work.

Re: The Fornication of Mimi (68,561) (68,565) by Lila from United States
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems, judging by your let's get crass statement, that you're talking about Nick's penis size, which, if so, 1) Edward wasn't talking about that. Cannon is Nick's actual last name and Edward used it as a replacement for penis, the same way he used Mariah's last name as a replacement for vagina. It was not a reference to Nick's penis size. 2) On one of his birthdays, Mariah tweeted Nick a pic of her bra-clad boobs saying she was waiting on him with plenty of exclamation points and those acronyms that if we ever find out the meaning, we would deem quite saucy. If Nick lacked in that department, Mariah wouldn't have wasted her time with pic or the caption and just wished him a regular ole happy birthday.

Re: Nick (68,537) (68,544) by Lila from United States
I'm over here dying lol. Some of the lambs don't know just how crazy they sound. I'm constantly baffled. It's a constant barrage of "I don't like Nick and regardless of how happy he makes Mariah and how healthy it is for the twins to be in an intact family, I wish that he would disappear but now that he and Mariah are separated/divorced it's still my job to constantly stalk and judge Nick's every move and it's still up to him to be considerate of Mariah's feelings which includes not moving on or having more kids with someone else but only because we can no longer indulge in gleefulness over the idea of Mariah being able to throw the ugly billionaire in Nick's face, while he fades into obscurity, depressed over no longer being with Mariah, now that said ugly billionaire has split without any warning. When, Mariah engages in questionable behavior, we can't acknowledge that because it would upset our lamb world so instead let's deflect using Nick's behavior, no matter that deflection is poor argument and Nick's behavior has nothing to do with the situation at hand. Don't forget everything Mariah says is the 100% gospel truth and she never does anything wrong, meaning she has no fault and played no part in her marriage's failure, all that falls to Nick and if we must acknowledge any part she played, make sure to extremely minimize it in comparison to Nick's." Goodness, lol, it must be so tiring for so many lambs with the amount of hoops they must jump through and hypocrisy, fickleness, and blindness they have to constantly engage in to always make Mariah the victim and/or in the right.

Re: Article: Mariah Carey recording breakup album after split (68,527) (68,533) by Lila from United States
The tracks will be epic for that album though. "I upped and foolishly moved my kids to California full time so that my unsure thing could be closer to his kids who he's never seen with." "James was in my heart but not enough for me to give him more than half-assed pop kisses that he should've been grateful for." "I dragged my circus with us to every 'date' but he should've been grateful to just be in my presence." "I put up with his prepubescent, never seen a woman body groping and deserve $50M just for that." "He didn't flinch when I almost fell down the stairs of his yacht but I stuck by his side anyway." "Don't get it twisted, unlike Nick, I didn't make him wait. I was just never gonna have sex with him." Lol. Seriously though, I hope the story isn't true because I don't know what Mariah could actually make a break up album about. She barely knew the man, they were hardly together, and she herself made a lot of blatant bad decisions in regards to this man. She just needs to let this die.

Re: New pics (68,512) (68,524) by Lila from United States
From what I've seen of the pics of her at this event, she left that horrid "engagement" ring at home. Let's hope we'll get repeat performances of that.

Re: Makeup collection (68,514) (68,522) by Lila from United States
I remember that. I watched the HSN segments lol and much of it was cute. I was just thinking a bigger venture and maybe something more high end this time around, and something long term (then again she could've kept designing stuff for HSN too). She wants money to be coming in so she needs to have assets that are going to make that money. So many avenues to travel, that would garner her good press, before going the reality tv route.

Makeup collection (68,499) by Lila from United States
I am quite excited for the new makeup collection. Many of the professional makeup artists have been sent the products ahead of time and all of the swatches they've done look amazing, as does the packaging. I do love makeup though. I'm cool with non-music endeavors as long as they're constructive and don't include vodka or butterfly water. Mariah loves beauty products. Since she wants to make more money, she could develop her own independent makeup line. She loves lingerie, so instead of flashing us hers she could do her own lingerie brand, a serious one. She has so many avenues open to her, she could make so many things happen with tenacity and hard work. Heck, she loves diamonds so much, she could've done her own jewelry collection. So many options.

Re: Nick (68,461) (68,469) by Lila from United States
I don't particularly care for James and I don't think his and Mariah's relationship would've lasted and would've been a disaster had they married but sometimes it's the principle that matters. Principle wise, he and Mariah were supposed to be dating/engaged and though he wasn't in love, I do think he was in his feelings, even if for the wrong reasons, over her, so I can see how he would feel some type of way about her grinding and dancing and doting on Bran Flake, whether real or just because Mariah has a twisted ass sense of fun. I think Mariah's camp leaked the story but I do think it came from a place of truth and James was vexed by Bryan. Mariah needs to sort out her issues because this isn't cute.

Re: Nick (68,459) (68,467) by Lila from United States
It's funny how so many lambs think Bryan is so great and want him to be Mariah's new boyfriend but he can't afford to spell the word carat and Mariah's the one footing the bill for his lodgings and all of the fabulous fun times he's a part of. My how things change.

Re: Mariah's World (68,433) (68,452) by Lila from United States
Well an article from Gossip Cop did say "the superstar's team was banking on Mariah's World being a success, and the planning of her nuptials was seen to be a key part of it, particularly if the series was going to do well enough for a second season". The second season line has been bugging me for a while, especially. All this drama for an 8-episode docuseries? Sounded like they definitely were aiming for more than 8-episodes. Also, we'll see but I don't think James will be resurrected. Another article from Gossip Cop, from last week, had this to say from Mariah's rep: "The singer's relationship with Packer may not have worked out, but it certainly wasn't fake, and the assertion otherwise is absurd. Unfortunately, we have repeatedly had to call out In Touch for publishing lies about the singer." The relationship was still a sham. Mariah was only with him because he's a "billionaire" and he was only with her because she's an international best-selling singer. I do think she found out about the breakup when the rest of us did. Personally, I've never worried about the show being a hit. I think there are people who will watch Mariah for a multitude of reasons. I'm not even inherently against a reality tv show. I do worry about the real life ramifications and where this show will lead. I think you can have decent reality tv shows. Look at the Simmons family, regardless of their real life flaws and issues, Rev Run, Kimora, and Russell's shows were good but then, they were all family and business focused. Does Mariah really have enough good and legitimate things to follow to sustain an entire show? Off the top of my head, I'd say no. She could let us in on her album making process that would be nice. Not enough to sustain a show though. Touring? Honestly, I think it's stupid to wait until 46 and two small children, who need stability, to become a touring artist and I think that would become old quick. I hope she doesn't continue extensively touring. Business? Mariah has a tendency to start projects/businesses and let them fall to the way side, never to be heard of again. Nothing to follow there. If she stuck with something and let the cameras follow the process, that would be great. Charity is great but there's nothing to follow if she doesn't play an active role in contributing in some way, not just showing up. If there's nothing to follow but the manufactured drama, that means people may be tuning in but only because they think that she's messy. That also means even more messy drama would have to be manufactured to keep people interested. Those who do respect her, it will go down. And Lord help us if there's more than one season. I just can't. I just pray it won't turn into a big mess even though it feels and looks like it will.

I just need someone to edit all the parts with Rocky and Roe Roe and any full family moments of them, Mariah, and Nick together into one compilation and send it to me or upload to YouTube. Please and thank you.
