Love it. She's amazing isn't she? Legit she is on fiyah right now. Feels good.

Re: Awkward interview (60,913) (60,918) by enwar00 from usa
Haha thank you. I was mostly joking. I do remember your prior posts about that time period and I agree. I always feel like there was something special that lined up in the universe. I also love Velvet Rope and Older although that one unfortunately I didn't get into until years later. It's funny that you mention Kylie she's my current obsession and her CD is in my car stereo as we speak. I'm a newer fan so it's been a pleasure having an artist with an extensive catalogue to go through backwards. I've only gotten to 2000 lol. And don't think I can go too far back without it being too cheesy for me. Which album are you talking about? And alas Bedtime Stories will always have a special place in my heart. Made me the Madonna fan I am now.

Such a bleak situation all around. I'm sorry for how you're feeling. Sending positive vibes your way.

Re: Awkward interview (60,887) (60,904) by enwar00 from usa
So awkward, even felt awkward watching it. I have a confession, I always thought that Ray Of Light is my favorite album of all time, and Butterfly is second. I think it just depends on who I'm more into that month. Does that make me a bad lamb?

Amen. Thank you Bill. Always so sensible. Now I wish you the least amount of backlash as possible.

Re: Mariah's second coming (60,892) (60,902) by enwar00 from usa
Or is it her third coming, since The Emancipation Of Mimi is already thought of as her comeback? Lol. Not that I think she ever went anywhere.

Re: Cancellation of Belgium show (60,810) (60,815) by enwar00 from usa
I don't disagree with Marissa or anyone else. And I do get the sensitivity aspect. I'm just not sure I understand, do people feel it is more likely that another terrorist attack will happen in Belgium now vs. another city or country she will perform in while on tour?

Fourth of July live (60,797) by enwar00 from usa
I just read that Mariah sang some of Fourth Of July at the O2 concert. I just can't. I wish she would just do it. That may be my favorite song from my favorite album Butterfly. Now more than ever I wish she would do an Anti tour like Kylie did and just sing album tracks. I searched for it and found this which I can't stop repeating now.

Re: O2 (60,793) (60,796) by enwar00 from usa
Will I love your post and am happy that you enjoyed it in so many ways. Emotions is honestly one of my all time faves so I agree it's a thrill to hear it live especially the first time.

Re: That voice (60,660) (60,668) by enwar00 from usa
The videos absolutely don't do her justice. I'm so excited for you, especially if this is your first time. I saw her Christmas show in December and in Vegas last month, and as many have mentioned this week as well, she sounded fantastic. Whatever was going on a couple years ago seems to be a thing of the past. Looking forward to hearing your view and hear which songs move you the most. Interestingly for me Hero did, and We Belong Together was something else. I don't think she'll ever stop singing those two.

Songbird Supreme (60,574) by enwar00 from usa
I'm not a fan of this proposed album title. I'm sure she'll choose a better one.

Re: A lamb-based set list (60,506) (60,540) by enwar00 from usa
I was thinking the same thing. Not everybody at these shows is on YouTube checking out her performances or critiquing her every move like members of the lamibily do. Many are casual fans that want to hear songs they know when they go see her. Especially since she hasn't toured in these markets for over a decade. It's more like reminding people about her and what she can do live. I felt that's how Vegas went also. I get where people are coming from and I would love to go to a Mariah concert at a theater and hear her perform many of her amazing album tracks. Some artists do shows more in that vain. Some perform whole albums. Maybe one day it'll happen, who knows?

Re: Duet (60,178) (60,182) by enwar00 from usa
Lmfao Mimi L that was the best message I've ever read. I totally agree with you. And literally the song that's playing right now as we speak is who who who who.

Re: "Makin' It Last All Night (What It Do)" / "Mimi" (60,164) (60,181) by enwar00 from usa
Billy I've thought that before and completely agree with you that Mimi would have sounded closer to what was started on some Charmbracelet tracks such as Subtle Invitation, live instrumentation and an old school 70s vibe. I like Makin' It Last better than the three bonus tracks you mentioned, however I love many of the other tracks that remained on Mimi and gave it it's overall sound such as Circles, Mine Again, Your Girl, etc. It's almost like half and half between these songs on the second half and the first half with the hits and more contemporary sound. Ok I'm about to listen to Mimi lol.

Haha yup I liked the video. Also yes I loved MJB's London Sessions album. I shall listen to it in the morning.

Re: Sam Smith (60,131) (60,134) by enwar00 from usa
Billy I love Disclosure and yes Omen is groovy. Have you heard Latch? That one is older but it's with Sam as well and is one of my favorite songs ever. I haven't paid much attention to his poses lol.

Re: Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party (60,107) (60,123) by enwar00 from usa
And, caps, she was looking way way more tired the past couple years, naturally with everything she was going through such as the end of a marriage, heartbreak, physical pain, nerve damage, and who knows what kind of painkillers she may have been on. Nobody knows exactly what someone else goes through. So in comparison to that, she is looking fresh as [censored]. That's why it's surprising that this topic is coming up now when she's looking so good and more youthful.

Re: JLo on Watch What Happens Live (60,108) (60,122) by enwar00 from usa
Lol your post was funny. I think since Britney and Celine have been performing there longer there's been more opportunities to have seen them.

Re: Am I the only one? (60,117) (60,121) by enwar00 from usa
Well look at that we agree on yet another thing. No, you are not the only one Deedre. Not at all. Some people need to let it go and move on. Yes I'm a fan of J.Lo and enjoy her songs and movies, and would have seen her in Vegas last week when I was there if she was performing. She works her ass off and I'm sure she's not just sitting there plotting against our girl. But still I'm saying this objectively, it's not that serious. And yes, I do think that Idol messed up when Mariah was on Idol. They focused on and/or caused the drama, and that was kinda trashy and lame.
