O Holy Night (48,538) by Lee TS from USA I thought I was the only one that got Daydream live moments from that video. This is like one of the only times she performed O Holy Night live besides the Christmas special back in 2010 (it was so overdubbed though so hard to consider it live). But in the video especially at 1:07 mark when she sang "appeared" and the way she moved her hand it totally brought me back me Daydream, I'm like obsessed over that one little part. Marilyn Monroe (48,396) by Lee TS from USA This is not meant to be a downer but it's always something that made me go hmmm. I don't know if it's Mariah's obsession and love for Marilyn or what became of for some of these iconic stars. But have you guys noticed how Mariah kinda talks about herself sometimes as if she's going to die young? Just basing this off memory but her saying Nick taught her to live life to the fullest, her telling Rosie she didn't think she'll see her 40's, or that she'll survive the Tommy/Sony situation. And when she said that dembabies gave her a reason to live, it brought me there for a moment instead of basking in happiness. Also, I don't wanna get hate for this but when I read someone thought Mariah looked 10 years younger at Rockefeller I actually disagree. I kinda thought she looked her age although fabulous and gorgeous. I don't know if it was because she was in incredible shape or was incredibly happy but the last time I thought she looked 10 years younger was at the last vow renewal in Disneyland. Legendary divas (48,395) by Lee TS from USA And regarding another subject about legendary divas like Diana, Barbra, Celine, Cher, Patti, Aretha and many more. Their status is cemented and are the ones that can't be bothered. I hope this doesn't sound shady but I believe Mariah is still very vital and hasn't crossed over to the other side yet. Mariah can still compete in the charts today and is a huge force in the music industry, she's not ready to do a residency, sing compilation albums, or be doing any farewell tours just yet. And I don't want her to go in hiding like Janet, but I wouldn't mind if she takes some time off to work out her personal life and enjoy being a mommy. It would be great to see her find love again, maybe a billionaire who's not in showbiz that makes her feel like a high school girl on a first date. Though music will always be Mariah's first love, it would be neat to see her do more acting in critically acclaimed roles. The possibilities are endless. (Monday 8 December 2014; 1:13)

What stood out for me with Tiff was when you wrote the measure in greatness of an artist is by the influence they've made, that was so powerful. Now with Ariana, I like her and I would consider myself a fan though at times I like to hate on her too just because. The way I see it, she's a product of Mariah's music and influence so if you don't like her blame Mariah. Here's a young beautiful girl who grew up probably idolizing Mariah wanting to be just like her and is blessed with a great voice, and now that she's made it she constantly gets bashed for it. Mariah is probably like her Aretha. Didn't a young girl with crazy curls sang a tribute to the incomparable queen when she first debuted? What was that song again, "Don't Play That Song For Me"? Lol. But yes, what Mariah needs are new fans like the annoying arianators that are constantly on social media promoting and supporting the artist. Mariah's presence on twitter and instagram is not huge, the amount of retweets and likes she gets is considerably low. Ok so I guess I was "trolling" or whatever but I found it adorable when I was reading between two young lambs, they had to be in junior high to high school ages. But one of the lambs said he became a fan when Triumphant came out and the other lamb found it hilarious it was that song that "turned" him. I found it incredibly cute and precious and to think they've only been a fan for 2 years. Crazy. (Monday 8 December 2014; 1:07)

Mic feed situation (48,295) by Lee TS from USA I don't believe the story of some disgruntled NBC employee leaking the mic only performance as some revenge against Mariah. But it does make a good story doesn't it? I think the mic feed performance first appeared on some website that likes doing these type of videos. If I'm not wrong they did mic feed videos of Beyonce and Taylor Swift from this year's VMAs. They basically pointed out how flawless Beyonce sounded and Taylor was quite messy. But yeah, mic feed is probably gonna be the new standard to watch live performances. And to my Mimi, you're gonna make it through the rain. (Friday 5 December 2014; 22:54)

All I Want For Christmas Is You related tidbits (48,249) by Lee TS from USA Here's a performance of 5th Harmony singing AIWFCIY. Now I hope you guys won't be shady and dismiss them, at least I did at one point. I thought they were just some silly girl group but they're actually really talented. I think these young girls did an amazing job and I see them paying homage to Mariah. I am a fan of their song Sledgehammer. Love him or hate him but here's a new clip of Walter discussing the song. Dark ensemble and shades (48,235) by Lee TS from USA That's what she wore for the rehearsal/sound check before the actual live performance. There's no conspiracy against her to the backlash that she's receiving right now. Mariah simply gave a bad performance, she didn't pull through with stellar vocals. It was rancidity at its peak dahling. Now, maybe Mariah will pay attention to this and try to fix/improve the situation. But if she feels ok about it, then let it be I guess. We don't know what goes on behind the scenes. We can keep suggesting things like vocal rest, vocal coach, vocal therapy, vocal surgery, heck, call fellow diva Celine for advice. Maybe she's done it all and this is what her voice has become. You get good and bad days but the bad days keep adding up. (Thursday 4 December 2014; 22:40)

AIWFCIY Rockefeller (48,205) by Lee TS from USA I thought it started out well but it was less than stellar. There's a video that shows her "mic" voice only and well it's just a complete and total mess. I hope she'll pull through with the Christmas shows. Mariah looked gorgeous but the only thing that was off was her makeup, her cheek looked horrible on camera like a glob of paint. I suspect it's the same makeup artist she used on tour who had MC looking like a ragamuffin. Let's hope she gets invited to perform next year. (Thursday 4 December 2014; 12:52)

Feel bad for the fans that waited endlessly in the cold for nothing. It seems like everything was set up except for Mariah, the dancers, Mary Ann and Trey. I was looking forward to a new TV performance though. Let's just entertain that she did show up late and was turned away, if it's true I hope she learns a lesson. Her team needs to get it together. Well (48,116) by Lee TS from USA I'm sorry but if you can't see that Mariah enjoys her splashes of festive celebrations then I can't even know what to say. Like hello, she coined the word splashes. I think lambs have skirted around the idea like, "Oh she sounded great during MC2You when she was pregnant" etc. I mean, that one time when she gave that speech with Lee Daniels, ok they were celebrating, fine. But moments like riding an elevator complaining about the horrendous lighting with a glass in hand, or downing a glass right before going on stage, and having drinks in every freaking radio interview. Her voice has lost a lot of its ability even with studio recordings. When I first heard TAOLG it took me forever to get used to her voice, it sounded so chipmunk-ish the way she was singing. And I remember hearing One More Try and thought what she could've done with it during the Music Box era. It's little things like that I guess. I just hope she's doing everything to protect and care for her voice. (Sunday 30 November 2014; 20:51)
