It looked kind of cheap. Someone said it was made with imovie.

Dreamlover, ABMB also had extras. Fantasy as well. Anytime You Need a Friend, The Roof, Honey, Emotions, Someday. All had extras. It's all flooding back.

A No No video (88,380)
by RibbonB from USA

So I got a chance to see the video, someone from China posted the link on Twitter. There is no remix in the video. The video is ok, but I don't get the whole concept. It seems to have no bearing on the lyrics. Roc and Roe are also in the video, cute but odd addition to the concept.

Thanks. But as for your Indiana joke, I'm not from there but I am "Blindian". You know everybody got some Cherokee in their family.

You mean like in 8th Grade? GTFO, that's A No No. I Don't think along With You, try One Mo Gen though. The thought of cake is Giving Me Life though. With a little Caution we can all Stay Long Love Mimi's Portrait. What did I miss?

So glad she is singing 8th Grade. It doesn't sound great on why not the videos I've seen, but glad it's great live. At least the audience is singing along, but that's probably why it doesn't sound super. I'm so glad she got the message that that song is a favorite. It is amazing how well she sings YDWTD. That makes me happy.

It's a whole mess and a media distraction right now, especially with news about Trump, Epstein and Acosta playing simultaneously, but almost obscured by faked news.

The case with Jussie is weird and always has been. It's sounded strange to begin with, so I didn't comment. I think there may yet be more twists and turns. He is innocent until proven guilty. The bizarre thing is who would pay for a crime with a check? I can't wait to see law and order SVU do a take on this incident

At least he was never shady to Mimi, but he's being labeled a misogynist by many since his death. He notoriously called Adele too fat and said many other racist, fat shaming, statements, etc.

It amazes me how this subject and debate appears on this message board again and again, and how did he missed this for the umpteenth time? And people will reactivate the debate anew.

Missie Elliott responded in Twitter that the idea is fire, but it was her first time hearing of it. So this is just a rumor as far as she is concerned.

Good for Mimi and John Legend. I like the idea of her and a hundred piece orchestra. I hope she's ready and in great vocal form by June.

Lol, damn. His hair was like that for a movie role. Yes, he's been doing great as guest host, but it's been announced months ago that he is to get his own talk show on Fox, so this is good practice.

Lol, the show is cute and he got a haircut. He's been doing by great on Wendy, based on the clips I've seen and all her comments. I guess he is getting practice for his coming talk show.

She did great. I also love her Bond song License to Kill, classic. I grew up listening to her around the house etc. How intriguing if you are just being introduced to her music. Check YouTube for her rendition of Oh Holy Night it's a whole production and extravaganza. I love a singer with confidence and command of her instrument.

Yes the controversy was wack. But I won't go into a long post about why I think so. Gladys certainly has a right to her opinion and she is a legend who can still "sang". And have you been watching Nick's new show the Masked Singer? She is definitely the Bee mask. I would know that distinctive voice anywhere. If your didn't see her song the anthem, it's on YouTube along with the Masked performance of Sia's Chandelier. She bodied that song and I never used to like it, but I would buy a Gladys cover.

Miss Knight slayed singing the national anthem, despite the little controversy. It's wonderful that at her age she still looks great and sounds wonderful.

Saudi threats (87,813)
by RibbonB from USA

Mimi has been doing her thing for years, ignoring politics and whatnot. I don't judge her, but I always hope she and her team take threats seriously. I worry for her on many of these excursions. When I heard she was going on this one I really hope she would at least not take her children into such a zone. Wishing her well.

Ellen and Wendy (87,789)
by RibbonB from USA
| |
|
|
Not sure if my original post attempt went through. I'm hearing that Mimi is no longer appearing on Ellen next week. Since Wendy is still out sick, I am now hearing that Nick Cannon is scheduled to guest host her show on February 4-6th. If Mimi were to finally appear on Wendy, in her absence that would be a twist . I'm sure that's not going to happen.
