Hard to believe Mariah only has two best selling albums of the year: Mariah Carey (1991) and TEOM (2005). Why wasn't Daydream considered the best selling album of 95 or 96? The best selling album of 1995 Hootie and the Blowfish's Cracked Rear View sold 7,020,000 and the best selling album of 1996 Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill sold 7,380,000 while Daydream sold 10,000,000. Anytime You Need A Friend (85,362) by B from USA This morning I was listening to the Anytime You Need A Friend maxi single with the C&C Club Version, Ministry of Soul Mix, Dave's Empty Pass, and the 7" mix and it's like a religious experience. Mariah's vocals, which she re-sung for each remix, are/were ethereal. I hope she gives us a Morales-esque remix of The Distance with re-sung vocals. (Saturday 27 October 2018; 19:42)

I was just stating that when Mariah does an homage to Marilyn tastefully like she did in the videos for I Still Believe, Don't Forget About Us, and With You it works.
