Thanks Licia for sharing. Lovely to see her talk like in the past (normal). I enjoyed watching it. I also think she means peace for herself. Hopefully she finds it at the holidays.

Re: Mariah and racism (79,417) (79,420)

Great post. It's just ridiculous to say Mariah is a racist. Like you said, she suffered from it. And I don't care of the skin colour of the security man, a bad character stays a bad character. The new photo of Crustella shows one more time what sort of a woman she is. I hope she enjoys her circus life with the trashy people and will be forgotten soon. Mariah please never hire such people again, take your time. It can only get better.

Lil Snowman / Christmas (79,408)

Love this song. First I listened to "The Star" on repeat, now it's this catchy tune. I love the Rock and Roll vibe on it. Mariah is phenomenal, she can sing every genre, that's so rare. Queen of music. I have ordered the animated movie and I hope my advertising for Mariah works for some friends, they are "forced" to see "The Star" with me at the cinema. So I just wanted to share some positivity.

I will never understand how some people think it's normal to have surgeries. If you have health problems that's another thing. But to stay young and pretty no one needs surgery for that. Just enjoy your life and try to live healthy (of course not every day). Every now and then we need "bad" food and some drinks. Please don't get me wrong I have nothing against people who have done anything, if they feel better that way. I just think it's not necessary. And as long as Mariah won't tell anything, I don't believe this rumor.

I find this security guy not attractive at all. There's something brutal in his look I can't stand. It's so obvious he only wants the money and is trying to bring MC down. What's next, Mishka telling the press she was forced to drink every day and give Mariah champagne? Or how they were forced to spend their vacation on the yacht with her and Mr. Packer? All those people have no behavior and will do everything for money and revenge. I hope they go where they belong: to the tv reality trash. No one will miss them.

I've just seen the "story" on the vip news on tv. It's so dumb and ridiculous this "security man" should be ashamed. I hope he never finds a job again in the security industry, such a pathetic actor. Yes, what a coincidence that he feels harassed straight after the separation of the circus leader aka Stella, formally known as the witch. This bad press is so unnecessary.

I also fear that when the Christmas time starts, the witch and co. will try to do damage with a dirt campaign. And like Licia said a lot of people out there will believe those bs. Mara I totally agree with the "security" guy and his face. If you have knowledge of human nature, there's something in his face which tells you, this is not a person you would like to have around you. Mariah did play with the fire and now there are the results.

Wow the silence from the "evil-crew" didn't last long. I've rarely read such a ridiculous story. Oh Mariah why did you allow those garbage work for you? Sorry I've no other words for it. It can't be too complicated to hire professionals. I hope she learned her lesson what happens by surrounding with the wrong people. What I don't get how could she ever trust them? But as you said I don't trust Bryan either. He doesn't seem dangerous like the Crustella entourage, but he definitely enjoys the public eye and money.

Yes most people don't know that Mariah writes all her songs. It's really time that our MC finally gets the recognition for being a songwriter. Her songwriting skills should have be honored already in the 90ies. But you're right it's also like another early Christmas gift.

Alina (new singer) praises Mariah (79,256)
by MusicfanJ from Germany
| |
|
|
A little off topic, but there's a so called german "Adele" who is praising Mariah endlessly during an interview The singer said: Mariah is her idol, because of the songwriting and that she's got the best voice in pop. Her songs are impossible to sing for others and she needs to cry while listening to the unplugged album. There's God in her voice. I just wanted to share the nice words from a newcomer with you. I love it when other singers praise MC. If you're a good one, you have too.

I would prefer Alicia Keys. But an up-tempo song with Beyoncé would work as well. Definitely charts-friendly. Is Lil Kim still doing music? Oh yes, that brings back memories of the 90ies.

I like Shania, also it's not my taste of music. But the songs from the "Come on over" album were deserved hits. I enjoyed the songs on the radio at that time. Taylor Swift isn't as good as her. And yes Shania is a little lamb.

Yes, I think it's possible that Stella had something to do with the robbery. Of course not herself, but maybe someone had info from her "empower family". And even if that's not the case, one thing was clear from the beginning: never trust fame hungry people. However the "dark chapter" can be closed now. How long have we waited for this? Best Christmas present.

I'm still addicted to "The Star". From the "Lil Snowman" I only heard a snippet, but it sounds great too. Fresh and perfect for the festive season. I have a feeling Mariah will rock this November and December. I wish her the best for all the upcoming concerts.

However, it's good to know if this business partnership/friendship is over. I remember during the MTV special for "Heartbreaker" Ratner said if Mr. O'Connell isn't available for the video to play Mariah's boyfriend, he would love to do it. But I guess he was smart enough to play the nice guy while he was with a-list celebtities. To say something positive about Hollywood, I love the new pics where Mariah is honored at the Chinese theatre with her handprints. She looked so beautiful. Her latest fashion choices are really good.

I never liked him as a person. I can imagine that it's true what all the women are saying about him. He looks like an abuser. And James Packer was used by him for the business. Brat Ratner seems like a typical selfish user. I hope Mariah will never ever meet him again. He was the real poison, because he introduced the "Russian clan" to Mariah. And MC trusted him, "the Aries brother". I hope all the celebrity's will tell the truth about the rat, career should be over soon.

Butterfly completely agree with you. Thanks for sharing. What a lovely interview. She talks about the topics that matters and it's nice that the people can see a Mariah who is not only a diva, she can be a focused interview-partner as well. it.

Yes I also think it's a bit too much with all the concerts. Don't get me wrong, it's fantastic for those who can go and see her. But with two other shows at the Beacon and one day off, that's a lot. Hmm I never thought about the theory that Mariah may choose other "advices" because if they fail it's not on her. But who knows, could be true. Mariah should trust her own instinct as an artist, instead of only "doing" business plans by her management.

It's great to read all the experiences here. CB tour was my first time seeing her live too. Mara you described the entry exactly like I have it in my memory. I was so moved and it almost felt unreal. Mariah's look, her voice, the songs, she really gave her all for the audience at that night. Everyone was just happy around me, smiling and seemed to be enchanted. When "Bringin' on the heartbreak" started, it was the best. She owned the stage like I've never seen it before. With "Vision of love" and "Hero" she showed again there's only one Mariah. The introducing of the band were also a highlight. And of course the duet with Trey Lorenz. She also did that little Honey dance (love this) and the clowns and dancers were very enjoyable too. I was so happy, was smiling two hours after the concert and couldn't stop it. Haha. The same with my friend.

Mariah on tour (79,032)

I watched the "Charmbracelet Tour" and the "SSFT" a lot lately and still can't get enough. I went to the concerts and to see her live is really so unforgettable and unique. I wish there was a official DVD of both tours. I would freak out. Also found this on YouTube, great. Is it from the webmaster? it. [Webmaster: That is not my channel.]

Oh yes, she looks like the superstar she is. The natural make-up with black and grey dress, classy and cool in one. I have a feeling she's decided to start a "new" direction or at least to be more herself again. I was missing that, as you all know.

Christmas concerts Europe (78,984)
by MusicfanJ from Germany
| |
|
|
Is anyone going to the UK Christmas concert or in Paris? The tickets are selling so fast, Paris is sold-out except some "luxury" tickets. I wonder if it will be the exact show like in NY at the Beacon. What I've seen on YouTube was really festive and enjoyable. I hope she will enjoy the upcoming concerts too. And of course all the lambs who're going. "The star" is on repeat, I'm happy to hear classic Mariah again.
