Like Hilton on this board said the song release was not typical for Mariah. Was it the time Mariah's private life was already a bit suffering? Or just the changes in the musicbiz? I don't know. And I hope if she releases a new song it will be a happy or "fun" song like Honey. Please no more drama song about a bitter ending romance for a single release. (Tuesday 30 May 2017; 14:19)

Songs Mariah wrote for other artists (75,801) by MusicfanJ from Germany I'm so fascinated, I just found this on YouTube. I only knew that she wrote for Allure and for Trey Lorenz. You really can hear Mariah in all of these songs. But only the lambs and a few more know what a brilliant songwriter and producer Mariah is. I used to watch the clip from that 93 Thanksgiving-concert over and over again. She just has so many gems for a live version. Like someone said, we need new versions not only the number ones. Daydream made me a fan so it will always be special to me. Beside this I agree with Edward too. Her voice was so powerful and soft. What a combination. The melodies on this album made me daydream a lot. And I still "freak" out when "Fantasy" gets played. The intro of the original version is everything. (Friday 26 May 2017; 11:47)

A true inspiration, and I won't accept that Crustella with the allowing of MC is ruining this. It's like with a friend, if he or she has troubles you can't let him/her fall down. You're worried and trying to help. It's just sad that our worries aren't heard. Two years of this circus can't erase the wonderful last two decades. As I said there's still some hope that Mariah Carey will be back. But with the "empowerment sh*" I fear it won't happen soon. (Tuesday 23 May 2017; 12:00)

Re: Breakdown (75,516) (75,526) by MusicfanJ from Germany Breakdown really shows how perfect rnb and hip-hop can melt together. This song is perfection. A very smooth Mariah. For me her lyrics were never better than on the Butterfly album. (Also Daydream and Charmbracelet come close to it.) But the songs need time, I remember when I was almost disappointed after Daydream. I have to be in the mood too (for enjoying Butterfly.) What I love about it, that it still sounds new from the production. And "Whenever you call" is one of my favorite ballads. When she sings: "You can turn to me and cry, always understand that I, give you all I am inside" I swear, it's so hard to hold back tears, after listening that part. Only MC can do that. When Mariah was at the camp in 95 or 96 she really touched my heart. She was so natural, humble and super sweet to the kids. You could tell it wasn't a show, it was real. I never saw a woman more adorable than her at that time. Mariah needs to go back to NY, I have a feeling that not only the circus is poison to her, also California is not her place. She should stay away from plastic/fake Hollywood. If the circus won't stop she is slowly but clearly destroying herself as an artist and more sadly as a person. Now it's not too late to change it. She's really stealing everything from Mariah. Everything what was/is so loveable and classy. The latest Tanaka pic is ridiculous. It's clear the kid or Crustella are behind that "idea". I know it sounds mean but it's hard to recognize Mariah. Thanks to Brat Ratner that he introduced the fake/devils-clan to Mariah. When will it stop? Everytime I hope Mariah wakes up and creates a new team with only professionals. And then we get new stuff that seems developed for a soap-opera. Why? Please can somebody take this kid to school instead of giving her bartending lessons and using her for sending selfish and boring pics and text messages. Mariah would never do that. I remember when Mariah started using Twitter; all her messages were so sweet and you could tell is was 100% Mariah herself because of many reasons. I remember the time Daydream was on heavy repeat all day and night haha, and I was so into Fantasy and the ballads. But Long Ago showed a fresh new tune and another side musically of Mariah. Article: The diva goes casual (75,376) by MusicfanJ from Germany I just read the article and saw the pics. Nothing against casual, but to dress like Crustella isn't casual. When I saw the first pic I thought ok, but I could see a big handbag and a female hand behind MC and I already knew who it was. Lol. The second pic was the prove that (surprise) the black leather jacket was also there. Can we get more family (Mariah/Nick and the kids) pics please? Like someone mentioned here, Mariah has so many and a view of categories like "bestselling" or "artistically signature" shows it even more. I would pick Hero, My All and Fantasy.
