They certainly don't make a lot of great music like that anymore and the ones who still try to don't sell very well and are deemed flops by the children. Bedtime Stories is the last great album by Madonna for me. The last person I'd ever thought I'd hear on a Madonna song is Babyface. The combination was so odd yet it worked so well. Whomever steered her in that direction deserves so much praise. That whole album was a beautiful surprise. (Saturday 26 October 2019; 00:43)

Most of the things that were listed on that list were in fact excuses that her and her team gave for when something went wrong and some were made up by the lambs to make themselves feel better about defending the crap show. No one made fun of her mental illness. The joke was how the fans tried to use her mental illness as a crutch to explain why she was making the jacked up decisions she was making. She was late on the day she was actually supposed to record her performance so they sent her back home. Then they allowed her to perform on the live show and it was bad. Special K yeah even early 2000s Mariah could have shined. I have to clarify something. My expectation wasn't for any of the singers involved to actually sing during that event. They were there to be honored and not work. What they did was just a wonderful, impromptu surprise. I am in no way implying that Mariah or anyone else was obligated to sing. Whatever the reason may have been, it just saddened me to hear someone say she was scared to do something that by the time this event happened, she had been doing for a while. I would rather hear someone say she just didn't feel like singing than hear someone say a seasoned artist of her caliber was scared. (Monday 21 October 2019; 01:49)

I want to believe that it was out of respect, but I know better considering during that time she wasn't at 100%. It definitely would have been awesome for her to join in. I'll just go back to lala land and continue to believe she was being respectful to the elders and that's why she didn't join in. Lol. For some of the same reasons Randy pointed out, I hate the print. I couldn't understand why some of the stuff that was brought up for print. It wasn't needed. The video interview was everything. I know there are moments that she can't talk about due to the legalities. I completely understand. The topic I won't be cool with her glossing over though is her vocal issues. Black is my favorite color so the constant black ensembles didn't bother me. I never really got why fans always went crazy over her natural curls back in the day, but when she tried to recreate the looks from the first album I had my "oh" moment. This is the genius money making move I've been waiting on. Bravo to whomever deserves the credit. Somebody is paying attention to what the fans want. This will be a nice birthday gift to myself.
