Most great singers and actors let's say a lot of artists have it and had it. Fame and money are fine but she deserves real happiness. I'm not sure if she has found it. Beyoncé / new music video (65,570) by MusicfanJ from Germany I watched Music Deluxe on TV and I saw the clip Sorry from Beyoncé. Must be very new. The clip almost looked like a Rihanna one and the song is so weak. For me Beyoncé is overhyped. Destiny's Child were fresh and a power "girl-group". But today Miss Beyoncé is totally mainstream. Her voice is ok, but not so special. Adele is way better. Mariah should do a duet with somebody special or even unknown. Something surprisingly would be nice and not again a rapper. Nothing against them, but we had it so many times. Retro-soul would be a dream. Leon Bridges has a beautiful voice. (Tuesday 23 August 2016; 22:39)

There are many songs where I could cry because of the wonderful voice. And yes I loved her natural look. That was real. But that was at a time people weren't as superficial as today. I'm so happy to grew up with MTV and co. and got to see real superstars with talent not only entertainers that look cheap and trashy. (Thursday 18 August 2016; 22:00)

Mariah and jazz (65,241) by MusicfanJ from Germany To start a subject which has nothing to do with outfits. I always thought Mariah and jazz are a very nice combination. Subtle Invitation and especially The Wind are such good songs. Would you like if Mariah releases a pure jazz album? Who would thought that Lady Gaga did one with Tony Bennett? And I must say I found it pretty cool that Lady Gaga has a liking for jazz. (Sunday 14 August 2016; 11:06)

It's hard to be Mariah Carey (65,185) by MusicfanJ from Germany Today i'm listening to all her great songs. It's unbelievable how many breathtaking and powerful songs are written and produced by her. Mariah is really in her own league. If you think about how she started and what she earned. But it's sad that a lot of people just look at an outfit and don't get Mariah the musician. I really hope that will change again even if Mariah don't care what some people think. All my music teachers really appreciated Mariah. They knew why. With her classy skirts, natural make-up and nice stilettos she always looked like the star she is. From 90 until 2000 just gorgeous. Never saw anybody more beautiful. But then came Glitter and more sexiness but still cool. Now it's just too much of everything. And the media again is making fun of the red-carpet appearance. I hate to read that almost every week. Mariah and Pavarotti (65,104) by MusicfanJ from Germany I just watched Hero with Pavarotti and I love her style and look so much there. Can you imagine she would do a duet with Josh Groban? Especially at Christmas time, I'm sure it would be magical if it's a well-produced ballad. And I still wish Mariah would make a duet with John Legend, I mean on her new cd not just live. At the beginning she was just amazing, so sweet and so unique. There was definitely magic in her eyes and her smile. Just look at her "old" interviews. That was her real character. When Mariah was shy she was the sweetest person on earth. Then she became a princess but there were never "moments" were you feel embarrassed. Maybe she got hurt so much that she started to create that Mimi-character which reminds me of a cartoon. But anyway does somebody know what happened to Camp Mariah or the Fresh Air Fund? I loved how she talked to the kids back in the day 96, she was on top with her record but seemed so normal. (Monday 8 August 2016; 20:48)
