Can we all celebrate the fact (76,701) by Edouard from France That Mariah didn't marry an international thief? It is obvious that she realized that something was fishy about James Packer and she refused to close her eyes. She is upset when they mentioned him because he clearly tried to use her to expand his fortune and use her as a trophy wife so that people would succomb to her charm and fall into his trap. I think she should sing less so she can sound her best throughout the 3 to 4 songs she chooses to sing, that's it. In Baku, ABMBB, My All and Emotions were quite good. (Tuesday 27 June 2017; 02:49)

Something I've noticed (76,651) by Edouard from France I've noticed that on YouTube there are a lot a MC new fans. They're quite young, like 15-20, and there are many. Also it's interesting to me to see that within 12 hours any of Mariah's performances in Baku gathered about 5.000 viewers when Christina Aguilera's vocal technique advice (filmed in a studio) only have managed to be seen by a few hundred of people in 2 months. I always thought the song's vocals were subtly arranged. This version let the vocals shine even more. It's interesting to notice Stargate (still a young production team back then) was involved with the project. In France many radios played the remix with Nas. I remember being surprised by that because even pop radio stations at the time played it which back in 2000 was quite rare. Mariah really is a musical trend setter. (Saturday 24 June 2017; 04:05)

Thank God I found You (76,558) by Edouard from France I found this remix on YouTube I had never heard before. I love it. The mix is a bit different. The background vocals are a bit more prominent. I love the instrumentation though it's a bit more pop and shmaltzy. I love it though. We all need a bit of schmaltz every now and then. (Friday 23 June 2017; 05:10)

A movie set is not equipped to be a stage. It's not a studio. I'm sure they wanted her to sing Hero (because that's what they usually go for). If she refused to be shot by a gun while singing Hero or another of her beloved megahits, then I understand why she didn't wanna do it. She would actually be preserving her legacy. That would actually be smart of her. Now I don't know, it is my extrapolation. I can't believe Mariah is stupid like many of us here seem to believe. Well, I'm glad (76,528) by Edouard from France I'm totally okay with her not wanting to be shot by a gun in the movie. She was supposed to play herself. She did it in "You don't mess with the Zohan" but it was funny and she was in command of herself joking about herself. If what we have read is true they were ready to laugh at her and not with her. Didn't look good on her according to "them". You know who "them" are. Regarding her Vegas shows I think that when you are used to a place, you know how to work the stage, you know how the place sounds in terms of echo, feedback, etc. Vegas is indoors and the sound never changes. As a singer it is very important to be able to hear yourself and with time you know how and when your voice sounds the best. It's kind of like a sound choreography. Hope I'm making sense here.
