About Lainsky from Philippines: A Mariah Carey fan since "Love Takes Time." However, "Butterfly" remains my favorite album of all time. Timeless!

#Beautiful and new album (38,241) by Lainsky from Philippines I am just excited about this new album. Hopefully, it will perform on charts and sales close to, if not duplicate, Daydream and The Emancipation Of Mimi, so she sill set a record for this decade, if MC achieves that feat. No.1 album and song in the same week or more. I wonder if Beautiful will make it to #1 in the US. How is it going, fellow lambs in America? (Thursday 13 June 2013; 12:10)

#Beautiful (37,820) by Lainsky from Philippines The video is beautiful and brings back my memory to Butterfly/Sweetheart days. As for the song, after listening to it 3x and watching the video at AI, it feels like for me it's there almost but not quite, you know? It's like going to the peak but did not, something like that. Perhaps it is new song and new sound so let's see in the coming days. I really feel sorry and disappointed regarding Angie Millers departure, she could have been at least the finalist and not Kree. Almost Home on Philippine radio - happy birthday MC (37,492) by Lainsky from Philippines I was so happy to hear MC's latest single from one of the FM stations here in Manila, I just don't know what specific frequency. Here in the 7,107 island of the Philippines, Mariah's classic hits that I hear from the radio (Pop and RnB respectively) often are Hero, I'll Be There, My All, Without You, Love Takes Time, Open Arms and Heartbreaker, Honey, Emotions, We Belong Together, Bye Bye, Don't Forget About Us, Always Be My Baby and of course All I Want For Christmas Is You. Rihanna on top (36,812) by Lainsky from Philippines Well I just want to be honest that I am a bit (just a bit) surprised that Rihanna surpassed one of MC's record (span of time to reach 12 #1s) and now MC's 18 #1s is not far to be broken too. Well perhaps it's ok, the important thing is, MC has established her name and her records are meant to be broken at some point. I just wish MC will have a few more #1s in the coming years and I guess it is not bad to wish that. (Thursday 22 November 2012; 10:52)

MOAIA/Geezy of USA (36,561) by Lainsky from Philippines Again I simply agree. If only this album was nicely promoted and the management (or MC) has chosen the right singles for release, I believe this will sell better than E=MC2 or even more popular. IMO, this album, the songs came from MC's inner core as a songwriter and a person. Although this can be classified as an RnB album, it sounds different for me from CB, TEOM and E=MC2. It has soul and story. I know it's been three years and I still regret that people did not get the chance to hear "Standing O", "Candybling" or "Inseparable" and "More Than Just Friends". Mariah sounds very differently on these songs, not to mention they are really beautiful too and very commercial. Sigh. (Saturday 20 October 2012; 10:37)

Triumphant-ly No.1 (36,503) by Lainsky from Philippines Now that this single is making noise on the dance chart, I hope IDJ will promote more the no-rap-pop-ly Triumphant (I guess this is the remix) version. A new video and a promo single (discounted price will do since they are doing this with MC's singles eversince) plus singing this version on her every show guesting will make the public notice it and perhaps buy or request it. Triumphant (36,302) by Lainsky from Philippines I have been listening to my fave radio station (Magic 89.9) almost every day and it's weird I never heard yet MC's latest song. They are usually the first station to play after 89.1 and it's almost a month now since it's been released. I wonder how is it going in the US. As for MCs latest offering, let's pray it will get soon the airplay and sales it deserves. Hopefully the second single are for us fans meaning a very 90s sound single!
