I guess I am just happy that now we finally have a theme dahlin'. I do have a problem with her otherwise gorgeous face being altered so much. The Cohen look was one of the best looks she had this year, so I will never understand the face change. Complex magazine (64,677) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter Here is the photo shoot for Complex Magazine. This is the shoot that she did right after her WWHL interview, the one we heard she did with her dancers. Scroll through the album to see the photos. Here is the link to the interview. I absolutely love the mysterious theme of the photo shoot. I think the setting is stunning, I just wish they didn't edit her face so much because this will cause people to think her body is photoshopped, when in reality she is about the same size in real life. I don't understand why the face was altered so much because she looked extremely beautiful that day when she was on WWHL. Anyways I am just glad she is doing more high quality photo shoots and not the messy ones. I forgot to add that her Clash magazine photos looks like a mix between her Glitter and Rainbow era face. Who cares? If she gets a hit (not that she needs someone to get a hit) by joining teams with another hot artist then I say go for it. Once a single does well, it will pave the way for the rest of the singles to get attention and will also spark interest in the album. Most people think Mariah didn't release anything after Memoirs. That's what go Sia to the top. People respect Sia as a song-writer. Mariah needs to go to the basics if she wants to be taken seriously. Dripping in diamonds and touching herself in her videos won't get her a #1 no matter how good the song is. Then the other important thing is promo, promo, promo. All her recent projects had very bad promos. It's like her heart isn't in it. She needs to change that. (Tuesday 26 July 2016; 14:18)

We have the drama, the emotions running wild, the rare moments when we all agree, the so-called conspiracies and what not. From Andrew and I fighting to me agreeing with him and then back to fighting. RJJ12, Licia, Mara and Marissa being the voice of reason. The constant fights between Travon and Andrew with misspelled names and what not only for them to agree just once which led to the million dollar "Are my conversations with Andrew and finally agreeing with him rubbing people the wrong way?" question that Travon asked (which came out of nowhere). Edward dropping truth bombs (he should really post more though, his messages are on point). Travon going from this sweet, positive Mariah lamb to suddenly claiming emotional abuse and then running to the "classier" UKMix where he continues to bad mouth this board. Me supposedly trying to get Stella fired so that I can move in to Mariah's closet. Last but definitely not the least, Eric going through all the messages (especially the big ones, now that we don't have a word limit) and approving messages while simultaneously keeping the Archives updated as well and occasionally giving us his opinions (by the way Eric, I can't thank you enough for keeping this board active and not selling it to Mariah). Mariah's World has nothing on MCA World. We should sell this show idea to E. We will dethrone the Kardashians as reality TV royalty in no time. (Monday 25 July 2016; 19:28)

I mean if you don't agree with it, that's fine, we already heard that, but why do you have to go on and on as if it's something so stupid that it needs to be buried? I probably was in the wrong to ask you to share it, but in my very next post I said you don't have to if you don't want to. I also stated it has reached the platform I wanted it to reach. So why are you still dissing it? Plus RJJ12 didn't tell you to change your mind and sign it. He just gave an explanation and nothing else. Not once did he write that you are in the wrong for not signing/sharing and that if you don't do it, you don't care for Mariah. The second thing he said was what I said too that it's not true that the other board is "classier". Sure I'll say they have a huge collection of rare Mariah songs and everything Mariah related. They have good points but it doesn't make them classier because they did eventually get locked up, after getting several warnings because of the nature of some of the posters. Of course it will hurt people on this board if you are going to imply we are "not classy enough". We fight, so do people in UKMix. In fact it gets uglier there. Lastly isn't it true that the topics of "airbrushing and lip syncing and money grabbing" are too harsh and would never go down well? I don't get why you just went off on him like that. You were always sweet and nice. This is something I'd express from the Tin Tin of our board who makes personal jabs. Not you. Your decision to not associate yourself with this petition is completely your right, but please don't go about making it look like the people who are signing it are pathetic and don't have their priorities straight. All we are trying to do is take an active step and make a small change. It might not work at all and that's completely fine, but what if it does? It opens the way for us to then directly communicate with Mariah and then you can also just go ahead and make your wishes (of the jazz album) be known. You said you want to look at the bigger picture. The bigger picture here is if Mariah does listen to this, it will lead to her knowing first hand what the fans want. (Saturday 23 July 2016; 19:38)

Petition (64,595) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter People not signing it are also helping without knowing, because they keep trying to diss the petition with more posts but it only leads to more people hearing about it and so we are getting more posts asking where they can sign up for it. I also don't get why people who don't want to sign are getting their frilly undies in a bunch because it's simply a matter of choosing to sign or not. No one asked for explanation, no one questioned their loyalty, no one questioned their intentions. But someone on this board thinks they are above all and is the most intelligent person on the planet and so they have to feed their ego by insulting others and basically calling them stupid. Racism, homophobia and everything in between, nothing is off limits for this individual when it comes to making whatever twisted logic they conjure up. They'll make stupid statements and then when caught, will try to twist it into something else. Keep talking crap, you are helping to keep the petition topic afloat with your post. Petition (64,584) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter What is funny is that Andrew loves Mariah so much that he has a problem with us asking Mariah to simply post herself once in a while on her social media, because he thinks it will be picked up by some crooked journalist who might spin it in a way that's bad like "Oh wow Mariah Carey doesn't post herself, shocker", but yet he is the one who just few posts ago complained about how we should have instead focused on more "important" topics which is to petition for Mariah to "stop lip-syncing, airbrushing, poor interviews and money-grabbing meet and greets". Pray tell me Andrew how would this go down if some journalist got a hold of that petition? Would they spin it into something nice? Or much more horrible than fans simply asking Mariah to post on her own social media? You clearly don't have your mind set about what you want. You can't decide whether you want to bitch about Mariah or whether you love her so much you are afraid this petition might hurt her image. It can't be the latter though since you are the one suggesting we should have instead chose the other topics which would definitely have been an indirect dig. What your main concern seems to be here is that you are going to push your love for Stella, not because you like her, but because you just have to disagree with people for fun. Well neither Marissa, nor I, even said anything bad about Stella there. We just asked for Mariah to post. Don't try to spin it in whatever way you like. Either sign, or don't.
