His mentor is a convicted pedophile Roman Polanski, who cannot come back to the US, but won an Oscar recently. Who knows Brett may be an ok guy, but then there is that industry underbelly. They are employees that she can run around and ki ki and stunt at the club with. Mariah likes to be Mary Poppins and then act like she gets it on and poppin' at the club. The whole music industry changed and went down hill starting in 2007, but Mariah still had a good result for E=MC2. All artists saw a marked drop except for a few mostly white artists. And it is rare for the past few years for an artist to sell a million plus records. Yes there is Adele and a few exceptions, but it used to be normal for Mariah and many other artists to go platinum. It is a different day especially for older artists. Mariah's fans and anyone else who buys her records buys them because they hear about it and want it. MIAM tanked and her many fans didn't even buy it. Gig Jim said it best on Twitter months ago, when he noted that she has millions of followers who didn't even go out to get decent music. I don't love it, but it does have good songs. Perhaps a long quality break is needed for quality music instead of the stops and starts and features she has been inclined to do over the past few years. It's corny to blame Nick because radio stopped playing Mariah's new music and fans or anybody else stopped buying it. I hate to think what James will do to her hood credibility that you think is so highly important. (Monday 18 July 2016; 21:31)

People keep reaching to the past ended relationships, let them be. I never mention Tommy or any of these others, it is what it is. Now this present stuff is fair game IMO especially if she wants to keep it on Daily Mail on the daily. Keep stuff more private and there is little to nothing to talk about. Tamar (64,390) by RibbonB from USA I'm only commenting on her because that article is noted on this site, but she needs to have several seats. She looks a hot mess with all those face fillers. Calabasas is a cute city and all, but the attitude seems very "rich ratchet". Mariah has Tamar and Stellar for neighbors. Ugh. Tamar looks clownish and M does not have the same cute lovely face of 2008 and even when she was pregnant with dem babies she looked full faced and pretty and the changes may not be just from aging. He might have been one of the best things that happened to her. I also think he kept her in the press which she likes. Who knows maybe she used him, she certainly made a calculated risk marrying him, but he made an even bigger risk marrying her. He actually stood to lose quite a lot. While Mariah's legacy is in tact, almost no matter what she does, his certainly is not and he got attacked at every turn from her fans, clown's fans many people on many levels and yet he hung in there. Since none of us know what really happened to break them apart, it's not fair to blame it all on him. It takes two to want to make a marriage work, to move on or whatever. Just as I think M. is moving on for apparently not the best reasons, this too will bite her in the butt if she is not careful. And people blaming Nick because E=MC2 a million seller, with good songs suddenly stalled is ludicrous. The fans who wanted it bought it, just like the cd's which followed. Like people blame Obama for racism just because he got into office is absurd and misguided, IMO. Many people backlasshed because a black man dared to win, but they just showed their true nature and the media has highlighted racism again and again. People some how want to think two things correlate because they happened at the same time, but don't look at the full dynamics of one thing or the other. If Mariah's fan base is dwindling as you imply then wouldn't it be better if Mariah just got real and did good music. That has been her winning hand throughout her career. Even though they are on vacation with Mariah, it's kind to let him appreciate these moments of his children growing up and having fun, especially the pic of Roc dabbing and throwing up deuces. Last I looked both Mariah and Nick still follow each other on Twitter and with two kids they will always have things to discuss and share. (Monday 18 July 2016; 7:14)

Re: Adam (64,357) (64,358) by RibbonB from USA Adam, I've said months ago that Mariah likes to play the damsel in distress and she brings in people to achieve a goal. Some of her fans buy what she's putting out even if its a bad look. Others from her team jump ship or were pushed out when they don't like the new direction. I think Mariah does this to hedge her bets so if it works they all win, if it fails blame the team. That said, there is a dark underbelly to that industry. I still say Mariah has now chosen to swim with sharks and it could easily end badly. I am definitely one of the ones who speak out though I have no desire to interact with a thirteen year old who now allegedly controls her social media. I am positive Mariah's people read this messageboard. Perhaps this is another hedged bet, she can put out whatever she wants yet nobody wants to interact with a kid on social media. If Stellar signed on for the role as villain, Russian dictator, leech then so be it. She is doing it well and deserves to be treated as such. No matter what, it's unwise for Mariah to have one family involved in her personal life, control her finances etc. Even if Mariah chose it, it is still a recipe for failure. Opportunists look for Areas of weakness to exploit. Whitney died in a tub of hot water while her sister in law/manager slowly walked down the hall, and her manager's brother/bodyguard was no where to be found. Now those family member are trying to sell her Grammy's for money. Lastly, I wish Mariah would develope or display more internal strength to live alone, be strong, raise her children in more privacy. The wider your circle, the more vulnerable you become. I think this crew is in it to control Mariahs legacy, her songbook. Mariah is a tough fighter I hope she wins and always wish the best for her kids. (Sunday 17 July 2016; 16:16)

Papers (64,325) by RibbonB from USA So Gwyneth and Chris' divorce is finally final this week. They filed in April 2014 and their conscience uncoupling/divorce was amicable. Nick/Mariah filed in December 2014 and despite all the rumors and write ups, Nick has said they are amicable. So by comparison and if she is lucky, maybe by early 2017 Mariah can jump the broom or the shark or whatever. Lol. She could even schedule another April 30 wedding date.
