It will be a hit (111,799) by Tevin from USA Whether a hit comes from HFIA or not, I'm happy with the body of work that Mariah has produced. I will say however that her best chance on getting a hit would be to release Nothing is Impossible as a single. Perform 3 or 4 stripped back performances on popular shows, simple outfit, piano, guitar and or string instruments, (she can even cut out most of the last set of belts and go right into the descending whistle, to make it easier on her voice). Then she can do a few interviews about the meaning of the song and how she hopes it will inspire and relate to others. That's what people want, especially the younger generation, they want relatability. I've noticed that it may have not been everyone's number one song, but every reaction video or person that I spoke with in person, all said that NII hit them right in the heart and spoke to them. This is also the time of year where most people are thinking about family, friends and goals, so a song like that would be perfect. Her team can even pair it with AIWFC, where after that song plays, it starts playing NII. That would connect millions of people to that song that may not have heard it. Also, for any doubters, this is possible to do. With the fallout from Drake and Kendrick beef, it's been shown that Spotify and Apple and other platforms would play there songs back to back to boost streams. I don't know if it would take Gamma a bunch of money to set that up, but with the millions of streams AIWFC gets every year, even if half of them tune in a couple times to NII, Mariah would definitely have a hit on her hands, and rightfully so. Gamma is too small for a legacy artist like Mariah Carey. She needs a major label like Atlantic under Craig Kallman. Craig Kallman could create a business plan to increase MC's streaming sales with a duets album as her first Atlantic release. A Mariah Carey and Teddy Swims original duet would be a #1 streaming hit. I threw all my CDs out when I moved and the shelf system as well. I've scoured the four corners of the internet and cannot find a pdf or clear pictures of the booklet that accompanies the album. Usually I have to fill everyone in on Mariah's new releases, but this time around they all have either downloaded, streamed or bought her album, and they like most if not all of the songs. Perfect album (111,567) by Geronimo from USA This is the album we wanted. Now that she's no longer hitting every note every minute because she's got octaves as options, her musical and lyrical choices are confident, crystal clear, and nothing less than inspired multiple times per track. Not only do I love the fact that the music's balance of masculine and feminine energy experiments successfully with a welcomed new mix, there is also something encouraging and authentic about the way that she approaches self-affirmation and spiritual humility in a strikingly coherent and convincing form. This album is the greatest testament to her gift since Butterfly as it shows growth, restraint, economy, wisdom, and vulnerability - without any adult contemporary-sounding ballads that make me wish she never had a start at the top of the billboard pop charts. Her phrasing is super clever and elegant and she knows now when to clear out extraneous layers and overlaps and let a nice melody start and stop logically so you can actually experience the essential beauty of each melodic idea before the next one begins. Here For It All is brilliant (111,525) by MusicfanJ from Germany It is fantastic. I've listenend to it twice now and I'm really surprised. Somehow I knew this album would surprise me. My first thought on it: I love "Play this song" and "I won't allow it". The whole 70ies vibe totally gets me. "Caution" was modern RnB, this album is mostly retro 70ies soul with modern RnB elements and I guess Randy said Disco-Gospel. I like "Sugar sweet" the solo version by Mariah much better than with the two ladies. It's not so overload. "Nothing is impossible" is a highlight of the album. The lyrics totally gets me and it has such a new tone for a Mariah song, but familiar at the same time. I could somehow imagine this on "Music Box". Strange I know. The cover "My love" is another highlight. I like "Jesus I do", I didn't expected that the gospel song has such a groove. With "Here for it all" the song I had more expectations but with the minute 4 it's almost meditative and I hear a little vanishing vibe. That's cool. I think this will be a song that needs time and will get better and better which each listen. The only song that I don't like yet is "Mi", maybe because of the lyrics. But it's really an interesting album that is different, which is good (I'm happy that there are no rappers this time) but it really feels free and new. (Friday 26 September 2025; 20:38)

We all know that album is 5 stars and a 10/10 and Mariah definitely deserved the Grammy for AOTY. People have to remember there are many in the industry and editorial boards still to this day who hate Mariah and don't want her to break The Beatles record or be successful. I already know HFIA is going to be one of Mariah's best albums but before I give it a listen I will be listening to Caution. I'm curious where are y'all purchasing your physical copy if you haven't already ordered? I'm thinking of buying mine at Walmart lol I just don't like Target anymore and haven't been in one in years. Firstly, her pitch is as always, technically perfect which enables her to sing in different keys while staying melodious. Her problem in her latter years has been breath control. She doesn't take in enough oxygen (and wears tight clothes that constrict her chest) these days to sustain notes and sing with power. I think she just needs to do lots of breathwork to improve her oxygen capacity and she'd be back to normal. Mariah's "loss of breath control" is still leagues above the vast majority of singers though. She's lucky her voice just sounds nice too. Many people can technically sing but their voices don't sounf pleasant. Thinking of for example Christina Aguilera. (Tuesday 23 September 2025; 23:38)

In her book, Mariah took great pride in saying Dem Babies had never been away from her for more than 24 hours. They were about 9 then. But now they're in their teens, and that's usually when kids start gravitating more towards dad. If I were Mariah, I'd be irritated too. Her twins are around kids she probably has no interest in knowing and she has no idea how those kids are being raised and parented. They could easily be bad influences and I get that they are technically the twins' siblings, but still I'd feel the need to keep reminding Roc and Roe that none of this is normal, and Nick is definitely not someone to model yourself after, in terms of creating a family. As for Anderson, I agree, he's just whack to me, style-wise. He literally dresses like a clown. He gives off that energy of a kid who didn't get much attention growing up and now clings to being "different", by just dressing weird to stand out. It's clownish behavior, it's actually okay to have normalcy, you don't need to wear a bowl cut wig. Brian truly set the standard look-wise. May have not had the money, but he showed up for Mariah during some of her hardest times. He was solid. I really wish it turned out differently for them. Maybe the twins will tell us which one out of Mariah's boyfriends was their favorite, one day. Anyway, I can't wait to hear the rest. To me, it feels generic and overcrowded, almost as if Mariah was unsuccessfully trying to recreate the magic of "One Sweet Day". While I don't think it truly deserved the #1 spot, I can admit it's still a decent song. And no, I'd never compare it to Crapfinity, that one is in a league of hideous all on its own. Mariah had a golden chance to redeem that track with the "Why You Mad Remix", ft big names of the moment like Justin Bieber, French Montana, and T.I., yet somehow the result was even worse. On the flip side, the "Thank God I Found You (Make It Last Remix)" is fantastic, and I believe it played a huge role in pushing the original to the top of the charts. In that context the song makes perfect sense. It sounds very much like All My Life, their previous US no 1. Joe and 98 Degrees just didn’t have the same cred or vibe as Jodeci so it just came off cheesy. But the remixes are fire indeed. (Thursday 11 September 2025; 19:10)

I think it would have worked better as a duet with Joe without 98 Degrees featured, but there is something very uplifting about the song's optimism. I think it fit well with what was popular in terms of late 90s and early 00s pop-soul ballads. Surprised it didn't then find its way onto the remixes JD did. As for TGIFY, I don't think anyone really dislikes it, more that amongst her number ones it's considered one of the more formulaic and basic numbers. The Make It Last remix far eclipses the original. I also felt there were too many voices on the song and it would have been better as just a duet between MC and Joe, it didn't really need 98 Degrees. (Thursday 11 September 2025; 17:06)
