Mariah and Nick list house in L.A. for 13 million
 Pop star Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon just listed their home in Los Angeles for $12.995 million. The 11,750 square foot home features seven bedrooms and eight baths, plenty of room for their twins, Monroe and Moroccan, to run around. In fact the listing photos show their adorably-decorated kids room, with matching cribs and cute stuffed animals.
The home features a giant gym, a Moroccan-style tea room, a putting green, movie theater and basketball court. The Hamptons-style estate sits on three acres, with views of the Stone Canyon Reservoir, downtown Los Angeles, and beyond. It was designed for entertaining, with a den that can accommodate parties of several hundred, and parking for 20 cars. The backyard has a pool with tons of outdoor seating and a large grassy lawn.
The couple purchased the home back in 2009 for $6.975 million, so it looks like they'll make a pretty penny if they get their asking price. Fun fact: it was once owned by Farrah Fawcett, who lived there from 1976 to 1999. Fawcett sold it to Allen Sides, one of the most respected engineer/producers in the music industry, who then sold it to Carey and Cannon.
