Radio programmers event held in New York
On Wednesday, April 2, a radio programmers hangout was held in New York for Mariah's new album. The event was well-attended, with DJs coming from around the country to hear details on Mariah's project. As tweeted by Jermaine Dupri moments ago: "We had programmers from all over the country come in and kick it with MC and get a full confirmation on May 6th."
Although several of the invited guests and staff from the event tweeted yesterday that they were going to a "listening party", no new music from the album was played, though it was confirmed that the album is still set for a May 6, 2014 release. (Jermaine Dupri)
