Mariah Carey indulged in a Christmas Eve "shopping spree" with her daughter Monroe, 11, during their annual Aspen trip. The 52-year-old pop diva shares Monroe and her twin brother Morocco with her sizzling ex-husband Nick Cannon, who is on the verge of welcoming his 12th child.
However Mariah's mind was on her own little ones this Christmas Eve as she brought Monroe along to load up on luxury items from Prada and Louis Vuitton. Demonstrating their fondness for designer apparel, the mother-daughter duo charmingly matched one another in Burberry wraps.
As Christmas Eve progressed Mariah was glimpsed heading off on a solo outing to the Aspen outpost of Gucci for a few more goodies.
Mariah's spot of retail therapy came the day CBS re-aired her concert special Merry Christmas To All! filmed at Madison Square Garden last week. She posted an Instagram snap of her and Monroe proudly holding up their Prada haul and plugged in the caption: "Merry Christmas Eve! Little shopping spree before we watch the special tonight on CBS!"
