I think if you stand back and look at it, you've already answered you own question. Nick and Mariah's relationship didn't not work out due to money or age. It didn't work out because of Mariah's paranoia and the crazies in her entourage that played on it. If this thing with Bryan were real, then as twisted, dysfunctional, crazy, and WTF as it is, he actually has an advantage over Nick. Mariah is willing to keep a person around, although he or she serves no functional purpose and/or is piss poor at their job, as long as the person is willing to compliment her all the time, keep the party going, and let her do whatever she wants regardless of it's detriment and/or embarrassment to her. Bryan would be another addition in male form. As you said, he's now resigned himself to being a permanent part of Mariah's entourage. He has nothing going for himself so he'll be around all the time doing what the rest of the crew are doing. They can't accuse of him cheating because Mariah would know where he's at 24/7: with her. Not that they would have to. Bryan is just like them, using her to get what he wants, so it wouldn't be in his best interest to elevate her to a higher level of thinking or call her out when she does something wrong or stupid. Mariah doesn't want an equal, she wants a puppy.

It's the same dress and the same event. It seems that James must have not stayed at the event the entire length of it. This is just another reason why I couldn't and still can't take that relationship seriously. Their being together always seemed to be hi and bye and make sure we're seen by the paps. The conversation they were having on the show were the weird mindless murmurings of two people who hardly knew one another so they just tried to act cutesy. Mariah has Roc and Roe, Shawn, Josefin, her mother, and I still consider Jasmine and Rachel her friends so she has family and friends. Many people don't even have that. They just can't follow her around all the time because they have lives of their own. Mariah should start looking at the glass as half full instead of half empty because in the grand scheme of things her life is not perfect but it's still pretty amazing.

My use of the word ass once, used in the context of saying grown ass people, was disrespectful to you? Yeah right. Disrespect was you trying to tell others what we should and shouldn't speak on. That wasn't an opinion, you can keep your patronizing replies to yourself, and never address me as young lady again. I don't care what you think does or does not benefit me and you can best believe that I don't have time to be upset at someone I don't know. I'm so thankful for the ability to scroll past posts I don't want to read, so I can continue to ignore yours after this. Peace.

We're free to discuss whatever we want here as long as we're not being insulting. The webmaster puts our posts through so obviously there's no problem with us speaking on the topic. If you have a problem with that, then that's your problem. Stop trying to tell grown ass people what they should do or discuss. It's obvious you know nothing about how instability can negatively affect a child, that ACS or any other version of childrens services is not an automatic solution, nor did you properly read the posts. Bouncing men and women in and out of a child's life can negatively affect their perception of a healthy relationship. No these people may not pose a physical danger to the child but psychologically it can be harmful and these are usually not things that can be prevented in courts of law unless the person poses a physical danger. Calling up ACS, or any other version of children's services, is not an automatic solution because you still have to actually be able to prove that endangerment is occurring and that's not always cut and dry. Lastly, predators don't put signs on their backs announcing that they're predators. When a person is not careful he or she can possibly invite the wolves in sheep's clothing into their life and subsequently their children's lives. Situations like these are not so simple as you seem to want them to be.

I think, for a while now, it's about having an army of zombie minions willing to buy her products and kiss her ass despite her questionable actions, lackluster performances, and now her horrible manager. Mariah doesn't want criticism or anyone questioning her and that extends to us.

I agree he was smitten but I think he was smitten by celebrity public persona Mariah, not the real her and I think Mariah liked that James was complimentary and offered a lot of material wealth but wasn't into the real him. Personally, I didn't see anything adult about Mariah and James' relationship. It came across as one part attention seeking, one part business merger, and one part clueless guy chasing after a woman that the blind can see is not into him.

Bryan holding Monroe (71,348)
by Lila from United States
| |
|
|
Yet another brick to add to the weight of my lack of confidence in her mothering skills. Why is this idiot carrying her daughter again? Monroe is hardly ever carried anymore anyway, or Moroccan. They're five and can walk. This is so inappropriate. The fact that this man goes everywhere with them is inappropriate. The fact that this man looks to live with them is so inappropriate. She is so hellbent on recreating her messed up childhood. I have such a soft spot for children, seeing this just makes me want to cry. I truly pray that Moroccan and Monroe don't grow up thinking that it's okay for men to come and go in a woman's and a child's life but what else can they possibly take from it. Mariah's parents divorced when she was three, she seems to vividly remember what happened and has talked about how much that affected her yet she shows not one iota of acknowledgment that her own children could be going through the same thing and she shows them not an ounce of respect. In a little less than 2 years, they've seen their father leave their home, her shack them up on a boat for weeks with a man they didn't know (before the whole "his n hers" yachts), and now she's shacking up some loser back up dancer with them everywhere they go. I pray for these kids and all the rest going through the same circumstances. It's so sad.

MW: This is not an exaggeration (71,346)
by Lila from United States

I can attest to the fact that Mimi L. is not exaggerating. This episode was so WTF I don't know what to say. Mischka handling Mariah's lingerie and complimenting her on her ass when Mariah brought that picture up was disgusting and inappropriate. A few us have remarked on Mariah's lack of boundaries before but this one was the most mind blowing. The way the conversation was going, you'd have thought that Mariah was talking to her equal but then I guess she was because she also treats Mischka as her equal, the same way Stella does. Then, seeing that the picture went viral, she was immediately okay with the picture being posted. I swear my jaw was on the floor. What is wrong with Mariah? Still, now we know that one of our theories was right, she's now okay with attention at any cost. Seeing what she did with Mischka, though, it was worrying for me when she said that Roc and Roe are her best friends. I really do hate to say it, I really do, but my confidence in her as a mother has dropped like a brick and the Mischka thing has just added more weight. I pray that Nick lives a long life because they are going to need him around. I don't doubt that Mariah loves the twins but it's like that old song goes: what's love got to do it? There's more to raising children then loving them. Yes you love them but your job is to also teach them to be strong, stand on their own two feet, guide them in the right direction. It is not to be their best friend. How can Mariah do any of that for the twins when she doesn't have it down pact her on self? The Bryan stuff was just stupid and yes this woman bought this man clothes. I wish I would buy a man who hasn't invested 6 months into a relationship with me a damn tootsie roll. Real or fake, it's crazy how he doesn't get how much of a loser he makes himself look on this show. I do think James came across as nice but I didn't get couple vibes from him and Mariah. We've seen how Mariah looks and acts and how she talks when she's head over heels and that wasn't it. What I did get was what I've noticed about Mariah for a while now and that's that she's a lot of talk. All I could think was man, I can see that she's playing the hell out of you with this conversation alone lol. It is very obvious to see that Mariah feels nada for these men. She likes the attention and that's it. I also can't believe that it took 6 episodes to get a full performance and though it was sad that Prince died, I didn't want Hero.

In the videos of Mariah singing at that wedding, she sounds bad. She needs to start coming correct or not come at all. I don't know what some fans are looking at when they see those few pictures of Mariah and Bryan walking "next" to each other but they look nothing like a real couple to me. Tanaka looked liked a thirst bucket cheesing and salivating at the cameras and people. Mariah's face looked like she was trying to mask the realization that even she can't believe that she's fallen so low to have her back up dancer, who's now just an annoyance, as a "love" interest in any capacity.

Here we go again (71,157)
by Lila from United States

Lord have mercy on our souls already, please. What have we done to constantly have to deal with Stella's big mouth? She's done an interview with In Touch Weekly sounding a hot ass mess, once again "defending" herself against Tommy's words, once again trying to make him out to be some relic, and claiming that since she's managed Mariah, Mariah has experienced nothing but unbridled success. Not only is she an idiot, she's blind. Hit dogs holler but this idiot needs to be muzzled already. Everyone has already moved on from NYE and those that aren't are at least trying so hard but Mariah and Stella are the ones that won't let it die. All this extra and unnecessary foolishness with the interviews and voicemail and Anthony being "fired" is just annoying.

So apparently today Mariah, through her attorney Bryan Freedman, filed a lawsuit against Fenix Entertainment Group because FEG didn't pay her in full. There were supposed to be three payments paid: the day after contract was signed, the next month, and the last in September. The concerts were supposed to take place in October on the 28 and 30th in Argentina and Chile. According to her people, Fenix Entertainment Group were late with their payments so this entitled Mariah to cancel the concerts and be paid in full. Honestly, I can't wait to see how this plays out and see be able to see what's what. Still, if what they're claiming is true, this still seems like another situation where Mariah's on-call circus dropped the ball. If the last payment was due in September, and that's putting aside whether or not the company even paid the second one, why would you wait until a few days before the concert, which was scheduled at the end of the entire next month of October, to cancel the damn concert? I will say that I call BS on Mariah saying that she lost out on other lucrative projects that she declined because of the shows.

No, any man or woman is not solely responsible for the men and women they bring into their children's lives. That person is responsible but they are not the only one. Every adult is responsible for their own actions when it comes to children. No parent has the right to bring any unvetted person around their children but it is also not those other persons right or place, nor are they absolved of any responsibility, to allow their self to be thrown into that child's life, help take advantage of the child's innocence (even if not sexually), bring them instability, and the list goes on. It's wrong on all parts and everyone takes blame even if the parent takes the bigger portion.

Anthony has grown on me. I like him and I like how he's not taken in by nonsense easily. That's why he could never be the fake anything though. Anthony has his diva moments but he doesn't come across as thirsty for attention and he's passionate about dance. He's not going down the rabbit hole, only to risk people seeing him as a joke.

It was so disgusting. Another story of my life as a fan. I'm either confused, cringing, or disgusted. Nick has a song on SoundCloud where he talks about the different men coming in and out of Monroe's life, so he definitely has worries over it but I doubt he can do much. It's nothing new for women and men to have a revolving door of men and women around their kids but it seems that the other parent can only call foul if they can prove so and so person is a danger to their child. Tanaka is disgusting and his actions are that of a predator, and an obvious predator, who preys on women he sees as weak. I swear as every episode goes on, the more confident I am in saying that this show is a train wreck.

I would like to know what show these people are watching because it can't be the same one that I've been watching. There's no star of Mariah's World at all. The show is so disconnected and pointless that I don't see how there can be any star. There's only a bunch of pointless scenes of whomever is willing to be the biggest thirst bucket, of the moment, thrown together. The episode before last it was Stella, this episode it was Bryan's annoying ass. Then sprinkled in between is more disconnection, stupidity, and pointlessness given to us by Mariah herself.

I don't know what is going on, besides the part about taking a break, everything in that voicemail was whatever. All I can say is that that I just want Mariah to be an adult. Stop letting things fall a part and then being sad afterwards, stop inviting the wrong people into your life, stop bringing those same people around your kids, do not hop from man to man (seriously, you've got a daughter now), stop trying to create play families with people who are not going to be around always, create some damn boundaries between you and the people who work for you, and stop self destructing, get some help.

Sued (71,053)

The Daily Mail is reporting that Mariah is about to be sued by Felix Entertainment Group Chile for loss of finances and image damage. It's apparently going to be filed in a Los Angeles court later this week. The Daily Mail can be shit but they don't really gain much by making things like this up, when they can go with something more stupid or salacious. Whether they actually go through with a lawsuit, there, at least, must be some smoke going on.

MW (71,036)
by Lila from United States

I just watched on tv this time because, at this point, it doesn't even matter. The episode was so blah. I liked hearing the fans talk about their connection to Mariah's music, the short beginning where Mariah was hanging out with Roc, and the karaoke moment. Other than that though, the entire episode focused on Mariah being lifted by the dancers (not actual practices just being randomly lifted and swung around), hanging out with the dancers, Tanaka's made up crush on Mariah, and his hurt knee. That's it and I am so serious lol. I would like to include Josefin but we didn't even get to see her and Mariah interact and hang out. Mariah just said some stuff about their past history (that we all already know) and that was it. I know I said that the last episode was a demarcation of the show taking a nose dive but I really underestimated just how right I was and just how much of a nosedive it was going to be.

Mariah's new audio (70,996)
by Lila from United States
| |
|
|
Here we go. This shit is never going to end. Now Mariah has done an audio message where she says she was foiled and put into the hands of a production company with technical issues that capitalized off the circumstances. She's going to address the NYE performance in time and that's she's going to take a break from media and social media moments and be with her loved ones. That last part is a great idea but everything else, I need her to stop because when you take everything into account everything that has been said, it seems that, at the least, Mariah's team dropped the ball and, at the most, both teams dropped the ball. DCP had nothing to gain from trying to "sabotage" Mariah's performance, Mariah herself said that she did not sound check Emotions, and, according to Stella's version of events, DCP offered a joint statement. At this point, it just looks like desperation. Let it go.

Not fired (70,993)
by Lila from United States
| |
|
|
Anthony has done an interview with Access Hollywood. He says 1) he wasn't fired. 2) He no longer works with Mariah because his contract was up December 31. 3) Everyone was on the stage but he only comments that he did a sound check, no specific comments on any one else. 4) He knew something was wrong before the performance started but that he couldn't say too much because he's being hammered by some things so his legal team is basically like zip it. 5) He was floored to read that he had been fired but and for the reason given by Mariah's team. 6) If you watch Mariah's World you'll find out a lot of information of why things happen the way that they do. His comments on the NYE performance were the most interesting. It certainly sounds like something is going on there. I'm glad Anthony did the interview. Regardless of personal opinions of his divaness, he's good at what he does and has worked with some big stars. He doesn't need his record tainted by such an accusation, when it's not true.

Calling someone a relic is not putting him or her in his or her place, when the person calling the name is a complete idiot who has no experience at all at the job they've been hired to do, hasn't been able to do anything for their client but a bunch of cheap endorsements, and is just making a mess of things as the days go on. Better to be a relic than an idiot. I'm not a fan of Tommy but Stella, you don't have a leg to stand on and let's not even start with gender. Not only do you support Trump, when you speak, you remind me of just how much you could be his long lost daughter. He speaks idiot with finesse and so do you. If you were a man, no one would applaud you. You'd be the same idiot, with a penis attached. Lastly, you're never right, only rude and disgusting. When a person is in the right, he or she doesn't have to resort to being rude or nasty. The only thing you did was show us all how pressed you were over Tommy's comments about you, and the rest of your useless family members, same as how pressed you were over Mariah's ex-staff members calling you out. Hit dogs holler.
