Most of your posts are nonsense, so . Anyways would you rather people provide some ideas, which may or may not be picked up by Mariah. (Who knows? Did you ever think she'll do a reality show? A match.com ad? A GoW ad? No right? Things change.) Or would would rather people go back to criticizing her, taking jabs and all? No one is forcing her, nor can they force her to do something she doesn't want to but it's better that the board has something new to talk about and pitch in ideas for fun instead of the usual stuff.

Ya she announced it and she said it after she did a small story on the Easter picture they posted. She said she thought it was cute and after celebrating with Mariah and Dembabies he went to visit his other kid on the same day and Wendy was like he seems like a really good father and she said his ads for St Jude's with the kids on his lap and all make her go "aaww". Haha I think we can be sure he'll be asked about Mariah, let's see how he handles it.

Promotion actually has been a problem since 2013. MIAM may have had some promo but most people had no idea that Mariah was releasing an album, heck most people think the last album Mariah released was Memoirs. Now I can't blame her for the lack of promotions for "#Beautiful" and MIAM because she had personal problems, but I think MIAM would have done a lot better had it been promoted and was not released at a time where she had personal issues, also delaying the album after the success of "Beautiful" (which in itself would have done better if the injury didn't happen) lead to people moving on and not knowing when it actually came out, the momentum was lost. The album, although not my favorite, had some solid songs and she experimented with her sound. So I don't doubt she'll deliver her side.

Hahah you killed me with "no Stella" produced songs, it's not far fetched because "can nobody, can nobody tell me" that the Remy Ma remix wasn't "remixed" *cough copy paste free software cough* by Mishka Bear.

I get it that Mariah really does hold her songwriting talent above her singing. She always talks about it, so I understand if she wants to maintain "I write all my own songs, I wrote all of my hits" I would be proud of it too. I guess at the end of the day, if she can't give up on writing she should at least definitely reach out to producers and writers she hasn't worked with before. She can greatly benefit from it, by trying something new while staying true to her own style. She needs to try out different styles and I'm sure she can do great in any musical genre, she just needs to come out of her "strictly RnB" rule. Anyways Mariah has never really put out a bad album ever. So I'm glad she has decided to release an album which can be a cohesive body of work rather than the haphazard singles that were going nowhere.

Disney (74,484)
by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter
| |
|

The new pictures of Mariah at Disney has no trace of the Bulochnikovs. There are pictures where you can see her entourage walking around her and then there's the one where they are all on a ride together and no trace of any of the Bulochnikovs. Liana is still there though. Now this isn't a confirmation that the Bulochnikovs are out of the picture (far from it since all the new "source" quotes for the tabloids scream Stella) but it's refreshing to see her with others apart from the "Bollocks-fudgeoff" clan.

Mariah is in flats, not just any flats, straight up sandals. I love it when she's casual. She's effortlessly pretty, she really doesn't need to do much. Wish I had that luck haha. I love seeing her enjoying herself with the kids, that's the most unconditional love she has experienced.

Honestly I enjoy her rap collaborations but only when it adds to the song but not when it feels like its forced into it. Songs like "Heartbreaker" (both versions), "Fantasy remix", "Honey (both Bad Boy and So So Def remix)", YDKWTD, "HATEU" remix, UOOMF, "Triumphant" (yes I love it) and many others seamlessly blend the rap with the other verses. But the YG rap doesn't do that for me and don't get me started on Jussie's "rap". And it's just not rap collaborations but collaborations in general, I only like it when it blends in and adds to the song, not just for the sake of doing it. Like the BGK and IAW remixes.

26 years into her career, I don't think Mariah has anything to lose by letting someone else pen her a song. I mean by now everyone knows that this woman can write and produce mega hits and songs that are fun or songs that are deep. Her ability to write and produce is well proven and people who don't already know she writes and produce are people who wouldn't even bother knowing in the future, so ya she has nothing to prove and should just let it happen atleast for maybe 1-2 songs. I mean Michael Jackson is a huge star and even he didn't write many of his songs, but no one hated on him for that, Whitney Houston isn't a song writer (as far as I know, don't kill me if I'm wrong) yet no one would judge her so Mariah doesn't need to worry. In fact she might even enjoy it if she allows it. She can tell them to mix her style with theirs so that it blends seamlessly.

It would really be a dream come true. I absolutely love MJ and MC, and it was always a dream of mine for them to collaborate on a duet, can you imagine the potential? Two of the greatest coming together, alas with MJ gone, that won't come true so I would really love for her to cover one of these songs, I think she can really make them her own (like she does with most of her covers) and just blow us away. It would also be a nice tribute to one of the artists she has said she grew up listening to.

I agree, right after the NYC disaster and being the first joke of 2017 would cause anyone to kind of freeze up, so I do understand her problem there, not blaming her, just saying that for a concert she'd need a little more movement to you know get the audience in the mood. But I understand your view too.

No no, I mean the leather jacket Stella always wears all the time, the amount of sweat and fake tan/bronzer it has endured, is a marvel. I love MC's leather jacket moments.

Very nice additions, I'm surprised I didn't add Mike Will Made It to my own list haha since I love the heck out of "Faded". Also totally here for a song with a sexy Latin beat, it's something she hasn't done before, her previous ones were slow love songs, so it would be great if she comes up with a more up beat one.

Usually some members there are the first to throw shade at MCA but this time around they are showing us some love after the Liron comment. They have been saying the "crap" Liron is talking about is "the truth" and that Liron is a bum kisser and would continue doing so as long as she gets something out of it and some other stuff.

Few more requests for the upcoming album (74,414)

1) Since Mariah sometimes does covers, I'd love her to cover Michael's "You are not alone" or "Butterflies" or "Speechless". I know I've said this before but still putting it out there again. 2) For the roll out, please go on multiple high profile shows not just one. With "I Don't" I thought they'd push it more than they did since she was hosting multiple parties with radio and media personalities and there were rumors of remixes coming up and all but that didn't happen and there was only the Kimmel performance. She should book several shows and not like 6 months before the actual release because people lose interest but closer to the release, go on Fallon, Corden, Ellen and every show there is, and book interviews and live performances. Combine that with a high profile magazine cover like maybe get Vogue or Harper's Bazaar or any other high profile magazine and aim for the cover story. Also see if she can get some big name celebs with big instagram followings to do a countdown for her. 3) Get a radio deal.

She looked thoroughly terrified and uncomfortable during the Kimmel performance, I definitely don't think that's a good look for a performance, especially a concert. However Mariah is more comfortable in front of her fans than she is on TV so I'm sure had it been not been on TV she would move more, but Anthony wasn't just a choreographer/dancer, he was the creative director, which includes more than dancing, plus he was the one who coined the now iconic chaise lounge lift and other lifts as well as easy steps for the show which is required especially when it comes to the more up beat songs. Not saying she should get Anthony back, but she definitely needs to move more than her Kimmel performance for an hour length concert which is a mix of ballads and up beat songs.

Totally here for something along the lines of E=MC2. It was a great album and I don't skip any tracks on it. Even though it's a happy party album, it had something for everybody including heartbreak ballads side by side with club bangers. Every song from that album was single material and had hit potential.
