She has so much talent and a voice you can't compare with Jennifer, Britney and Janet. It's ridiculous. Those three "singers" only can dance and be sexy. To be fair, I like Janet's voice a lot. She's a Rnb queen who influenced a lot. 2. Mariah was always classy for such a long time. And even when she started to show more it was sexy but with style. This isn't comparable with the latest instagram pics and some other things. As somebody mentioned on this board Mariah named herself Mary Poppins. She had something mysterious and still has, I have never seen from any other artist. It is this image from an "imperfect angel". Imperfect but an angel. (Friday 16 September 2016; 12:20)

And of course I'm not aware what's really going on in her life, but if you "follow" Mariah and her music over 21 years you can tell there's a kind of sadness in her eyes. It's like this is a completely different person, really hard to recognize. It's not like a Lady Gaga, where it's obvious it's all for show and she creates those pop-art images with costumes and so on. It just makes no sense. I'm worried because of the latest "actions and moments". Never thought that I would say this. And trust me I'm a real fan and admirer of her. Always been, but now I have only ??? on my mind. If you are 20 you can play with that, but as a grown up it's better to look more casual. That makes everybody youthful. How I love the Butterfly-look. Just stunning. As you said a real melodrama. I will watch it and I have a feeling that there are parallels isn't it obvious? A star who has everything but in private nothing. Little "Monroe" watches "the goddess". Mariah seemed really in love with him, she had this special smile when she talked of him in an interview (which was not often at this time). She used to be very private. Sometimes I wonder if she ever got over him. And I'm 100% sure she had a fantastic time maybe the best with him. James Packer seems like a fan not like a serious partner or even a husband. But I wish that he treats her right and hopefully he has a good heart. (Friday 9 September 2016; 23:25)

And I don't think we can compare it with the "Shake it off" video or the MTV Cribs-moment. In the past it was just sexy and playful but this looks only cheap. What is going on with her? Even if it's a midlife-crisis, I wonder how can she allow this too? Where are her friends or is really just "the management" left? I'm almost scared what's coming up next. I mean this one pic I can't believe Mariah is so desperate to get attention with such stuff. I like if women feel confident and sexy but those photos create an awful image. It makes me sad. But you're right with the make-up and lashes something looks strange. I hope it's only because of that but who knows? For me natural Mariah will always be the best. She doesn't need anything. I mean as an actress all you have is your body and mimic. If you look like joker from the comic this has nothing to do with beauty and a youthful looking. A musician should concentrate on the music. Hey Hey Hey interview Australia (65,968) by MusicfanJ from Germany This interview shows a lovely MC. Mariah had a cold but she did her best and sounded so sexy. She acted like the superstar she is. And this is just too cute. I love all the interviews from Hey Hey Hey in Australia. Back in the day who could imagine that in 2015 Mariah would hire Stella B. I will never understand it. But as another one on this board mentioned I do wonder what's going on with Mariah's mum? Must be very hard for her too. Morgan is envious of Mariah and should be ashamed what he does to her. Yours / unreleased songs (65,852) by MusicfanJ from Germany I "rediscovered" this song. It has such a sweet, romantical mood. Especially the end pure Mariah. Did you know that there's a version with Justin Timberlake? Never heard because Justin didn't like to be on a single with MC after the "Glitter debacle". Maybe he feared bad promotion for him. However I wish we could get a cd with all the songs Mariah recorded but never get a chance for a release on cd. I'm sure there are a lot of songs that should be heard. This little Micheal Bolton snippet on YouTube is so great for example. (Saturday 3 September 2016; 12:39)

Re: Michael Jackson cover (65,824) (65,829) by MusicfanJ from Germany Yes this cover would sound so good. She could make this beautiful song to a Mariah ballad. I'm sure it would have hit potential. A lot of people a know (non-fans) don't like the up-tempo-rnb tracks but they do like her ballads. Her voice is just so perfect for slowly emotional songs. (Friday 2 September 2016; 14:21)
