Mariah Carey wasn't spared from the notorious Metro Manila traffic during her short stay in the country for her one-night concert. The American pop icon posted a photo of the traffic jam on her Instagram Stories Friday night. "Stuck in traffic in Manila," she wrote in her post, with a sad emoji.
She did not elaborate on where she was, but it seems she was on her way to the Araneta Coliseum for her concert. Two hours after posting about the traffic, she shared with her millions of followers a photo of her huge poster at the Big Dome, saying she was "so excited".
Carey later took to Twitter to show some love to her fans and thank her "amazing audience". The singer-songwriter was also in Manila in October 2014 as part of her "The Elusive Chanteuse Show" tour. She is known for her classics "Hero", "Always Be My Baby", and "We Belong Together".
