It's all just gotten way out of control and other nice things all while not rolling her eyes, not flipping her hair, smiling and appearing very genuine, no endless rambling, straight to the point with the only agenda to get past it. I'm sorry but even when she said Mariah's very forgetfull on Wendy I found myself taking her side because of the way she handles herself and speaks. I love me some classic Mariah shade, but I really hope Mariah stops referencing or addressing this long-time beef she has with Jennifer if she's constantly gonna do it this way. Let's face it, people - current Mariah is waaaaay behind Jen in terms of charisma and public acceptance. More people just seem to tolerate, yes, tolerate (caps) her these days. You just know something's really wrong when the victim isn't the one who's getting the public's sympathy. J.Lo's expert handling of this situation makes Mariah look like some self-centered chick who is too proud and immature to move on from an incident that happened 15 years ago. That woman may lack musical and artistic talent but boy is she great during interviews and appearances. She just makes herself look so approachable and nice that people think "oh we could have been besties". JLo has the same diva reputation as Mariah but with JLo, she knows how to make herself looks sweet so that people actually question if she really is a diva or those are just rumors. That video, though. Arresting. She looks perfect in every frame. It's sexy, elegant, and manages to look effortless despite her rocking haute couture all throughout. This is how you make a stunning visual devoid of a straightforward narrative without having to constantly touch and feel yourself all over to be sexy. Mariah, please take note. With ageism being a real thing, she must be coming up with videos that are age-appropriate, eye-catching yet timeless and something that showcases her like the legend that she is, not as some middle-aged aunt who tries too hard to fit in with the younger generation. Mariah is in business with Packer. This quote seemed to point me to this conclusion from the article. "Management and support for North American investments and assets. Responsible for CPH's North American business development and investment sourcing and execution. Current investments include Nobu restaurants and hotels, RatPac Entertainment and the future Alon Casino and Resort Las Vegas." Nobu is a restaurant in The Ceasars. I wonder if he helped her get the residency. I wondered when this new casino project would be done since I wondered if she would take on a residency there and ran across this. You seem to be working under the assumption that Stella actually cares. This is her biggest meal ticket. She has worked on reality shows with TI and Tiny, Nicki and Paris but none let her latch on to them like she did with Mariah by taking her on as a full time manager. Through Mariah Stella has gotten not only her name but also her daughters in news outlets and TMZ. She tried to star in a reality show on her own, but failed so she's now trying to get her name out there through Mariah. Now I understand that, why wouldn't she want to take advantage if Mariah allows her to? She'd be a fool not to. Of course she encourages Mariah to do silly things that are likely to get her bad press. She'll post and re-post and re-post some more the shades Mariah allows Mishka to post on her instagram, instead of steering away from it or distancing herself from it instead of engaging in it. This can go 2 ways. Either she saves Mariah and takes full credit for it and also get herself a launching pad for her own fame. Or she fails with Mariah but manages to get her own launching pad and then imply that "Mariah doesn't listen to anyone" so she really couldn't do much. But if you think she will leave Mariah due to strong morals, you are wrong buddy. But yes, I can't fully blame Stella for Mariah's downfall. As for Stella I think she's completely supporting and promoting this new Mariah and thinks she's doing a fantastic job at it so why would she ever resign and deprive herself and daughters of the mansions, travels and the publicity. In the music scene, polarity is a good thing because it means people are talking. Even though MC has never been known for her fashion sense and appeal if she wants any chance of competing in today's industry her entire presentation has to be top notch. When you google "Mariah Carey" and the top search results include terms such as "too tight", "wardrobe malfunction" or something that even 90s Mariah would never have expected to be in the same sentence as her name today - "nip slip". 4. When #4 happens pretty much every time - more often than what you would expect or want from someone of her stature. 3. When neither the adorable pics of her with Dembabies nor her music (yes, not even the incredible music) aren't enough to balance the negative press she gets. 2. When, even in this highly visual age, not a single one of her music videos over the past six years has entailed an iota of creativity or decent storyline of any sort. 1. One poster here got it really right when she said that if "notoriously supportive" lambs (yes, like I am) suddenly start coming out of the woodwork to criticize Mariah, that's (caps) when you know something is really wrong. Why is there a new nip slip article like every other day? Isn't the stylist supposed to make sure that doesn't happen? Style malfunction vs. midlife crisis (62,891) by Natalia from Italy For me there is a big difference between someone who needs help styling themselves properly, and an all out midlife crisis. On the occasion that she does manage to pick a outfit that stuns us all. It's a magical moment, but that seems to be touch and go. It would be difficult to know for sure if she truly was having a midlife crisis, since none of us know her personally. I have doubts that is the case, but now that I have had time to ponder over it, I would admit, anything is possible. (Wednesday 1 June 2016; 1:38)

Stella's resignation (62,887) by Andrew from UK The constant over-the-top attacks upon Stella are at fever-pitch with some people. I don't blame her for Mariah's race to the bottom as it started long before Stella bought her ticket. However, in consideration, the position of a manager must surely be: if the manager is actually advising against behaviours which produce negative PR, and is being ignored, (s)he should resign so as to not personally accept responsibility for career-ruining actions, and let the artist accept responsibility for their own choices. If the manager isn't advising against actions which produce negative PR, (s)he is morally obligated to resign anyway, for incompetence/recklessness. I don't blame Stella for Mariah's failings as Mariah isn't exempted from adulthood just because she wants to be. Yet, if Stella is incapable of controlling the PR of the artist she represents she should shake hands and walk away, and let Mariah manage herself. Midlife crisis (62,885) by Andrew from UK Nathalia, your criticism is a little confusing given your attack on the "midlife crisis" post recently: "She looks stunning. There is no midlife crisis, she is just doing what she has always done, looking fabulous." But with increasing frequency Mariah is looking and behaving in ways which are (in terms of her PR) at best, alarming. Lingerie on television? Swearing? Where is her manager? And before the lamb chorus starts bleating the tune of "Shutup Hater (Go Get A Hobby)" you only have to compare the picture of Mariah in the "ample assets" article to the picture in the "Billboard Awards" article directly below to see that something has been lost. Whatever it is, the term "midlife crisis" is mildly preferable to "heading for another breakdown" which is starting to make the rounds. (Tuesday 31 May 2016; 20:52)

Mariah's $tyle (62,883) by Natalia from Italy Tight, black, and malfunctioning. Why is this frequently the case? Is it really that challenging to keep those nips of hers in check? Or is this done on purpose? One thing's for sure, when she gets it right it's stunning. Maybe we are expecting too much from her? She never has been an official fashion icon, but she truly has her own style. My wish is that she always look well put together.
