Clearly we are gonna talk about the shady comment because we are crazy, obsessed fans. But it is not as if Mariah has instructed the lambs to attack Whoopi. Anyone else who gives the comment some attention could choose to use your argument to not care since Mariah is shady herself. But, imo, this is different. I haven't heard Mariah body shame, and that's what is making this catch some attention.

She is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most irritating people on the planet. She talks over everyone who disagrees with her, is obnoxious in the face of justifiable opinion and thinks everyone who doesn't agree with her must be of bad character. I have seen children with more grace.
So I dont dislike her because she made a comment about Mariah. I just dislike her. Irregardless. Who cares what she thinks?

Love interview (90,535)
by B from USA

In the Love interview, it's implied by the interviewer that the release of Mariah's memoir will coincide with the 30th anniversary of the release of Mariah Carey. The interview has given me faith that it's going to deeper than we expected more be more revealing. Here's the link to screenshots of the interview.

I’m gonna take a wild guess and say it has to do with new Christmas shows and she’s announcing it earlier this year. I’m sure she will tweet something this weekend about a special announcement for Tuesday on GMA.

It's being debated. Some think she was body-shaming her, and some think she was slut-shaming her.

Haha I thought when Whoopi said 20 bodies ago I thought she was talking about Mariah's body changes. Didn't realise she meant her lovers.

I thought it was to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Camp Mariah, but she could also announce the release of her memoir or new music. I'll be watching regardless.

The comment from Whoopi doesn't bother me at all. I love Whoopi as an actress. I don't know how she's as a person but I always thought she was cool, because she doesn't seem like the superficial Hollywood ones. Maybe the chemistry between her and MC is just not so good. But isn't Mariah always saying that her favorite movie is "The colour purple"?

Can we stop with this "super sensitive Nelly Bottom" mentality. That's why people think lambs are paranoid and delulu. When Mariah shades someone, we must celebrate and hail the queen, but God forbid a comedian says something about Mariah, it's like the wrath of the lambs is in full force. What's next, a petition to grab Whoopi by her braids, rip them off and then lather her head with peanut butter? Last time I checked Mariah was a grown ass woman who could defend herself when she felt she was being attacked or shaded. Some people are so touchy.

At the 2002 Oscars that Whoopy hosted she said that no one could find Osama bin Laden, he was probably hiding in the cinema's that screened Glitter.

I'd be pretty surprised if they're actually close. We all know M can hold a grudge. And Whoopi has had it in for M for years. Didn't she also shade M during the Glitter era? Sit your ass down Whoopi. She is the least interesting member of The View and her shady manners only make her look like a bitter old woman.

I don't care if she had 5, 10 or 20 relationships. It's not relevant to her being a creative artist or not. There is so much (social) media these days and they all try to stand out with nonsense news in an attempt to get noticed. It's all about superficial clutter slowly numbing the audience and I find it very boring yet disturbing. I miss the days when all that really mattered was the artistry and creativity. Of course there have always been non-talents doing watever it took to get some crumbs of the spotlight but being adored for being a nobody has become the norm these days. During the '80s and '90s Princess Diana was the most famous woman in the world followed by Victoria Beckham in the '00s. Now we have Kim Kardashian. See the decline? - sigh -

I think Whoopi knows Mimi pretty well but doesn't suffer any BS. Mimi is the one who brought up the five in the Cosmo article. Maybe it's time to let that narrative go, or up the number. But she put that out there herself after a divorce, rebound engagement and rebound rental relationship.

Yes and it was unnecessarily shady. She whispered it under the other hosts' banter as if the mic wouldn't pick it up. And she said it twice to make sure Ana heard it. I always got the vibe that Whoopi didn't like her. She seemed cold during her earlier appearances - even with Walters there. The shade of it all.

Yeah; Whoopi and Mariah's relationship is beyond weird. Whoopi shades her whenever she can, yet there are also social photos of them hanging out with Lee Daniels and Raven Simon and people. I even even remember when Mariah was a guest of The View years ago and MC and Barbara we're chatting about their dogs ChaCha and Whoopi is rolling her eyes at her.
Also, who cares if Jerry's show flops? Mariah should do the morning talk show circuit more often, and given the push and time slot Jerry is getting, the network seems to be putting a lot behind it. Plus it's not as if Mariah hasn't been involved in flop projects in the past.

One Sweet Day / Daydream (90,515)
by MusicfanJ from Germany

I'm listening to this beautiful song right now and also it's not a song I listen daily, because it's so sad, I do miss those kind of songs. The "Butterfly" album may be her best as an artist, more creative with great lyrics, great videos and so on. But "Daydream" will always be my favorite. Maybe it's because it made me a fan of Mariah back in 95. Great memories. I will never forget how I thought this is an angel singing.
