When the going gets tough, the tough go out clearly. Mariah Carey was not letting more torrid details of her split with James Packer get in the way in a night out on the town. The 46-year-old singer dared to bare as she grabbed dinner at celebrity hot spot Catch in West Hollywood, California, on Saturday night.
While hours earlier details of her prenup with James Packer were revealed, this star was not laying low. Instead Mariah put on her most revealing outfit and headed to LA's most photographed spot and put on a show. With her $10 million ring glistening from her right hand, the All I Want For Christmas star posed up in a look which proved to be even more revealing then she bargained for.
For her dinner, Mariah wore black leggings with cut-outs flashing some serious flesh with a sheer lace bustier, a white shirt which was fastened with a corset belt so that it was open. As if the singer's significant cleavage was eye catching enough, her cups were literally running over leading to a partial nip slip.
Without meaning to, the singer revealed part of her right nipple as she posed up in the ensemble. Drawing more attention to her chest, Mariah wore a stunning diamond necklace with a tear drop diamond. Mariah further accessorized the look with a pair of platform boots and wore her long golden locks out and straight.
The hitmaker seemed in good spirits despite her prenup with ex James being revealed earlier in the day. The detailed unsigned document was leaked to TMZ and was put together by James's executive Robert Rankin. The document shows the Australian businessman, 49, wanted to pay Mariah $6 million for every full year of marriage up to a total of $30 million, should they split.
It read: "James will pay Mariah, and Mariah shall accept, $6 million dollars per year for each full year of marriage, up to a maximum of $30 million, adjusted pro-rata on a weekly basis [$151,385 per week]." Another condition saw James get the final say on when it was appropriate for Mariah to use any private jet he provided.
The document stated: "James shall provide the use of one private aircraft, of his selection, for Mariah's personal use, or that of her children and nannies only when James, in his sole discretion, determines it is appropriate to do so."
As for gifts, James wanted it clearly established what constituted a present so it said "No item of jewelry and/or personal adornment costing over $250,000 will be deemed a gift unless accompanied by, or promptly followed by, a writing specifically stating 'This is my gift to you'."
TMZ claims the singer rejected the amount and James agreed to a $50 million lump sum if the marriage failed.
