Re: Original Music Box track listing (88,473) (88,477) by B from USA
Something we finally agree on. It's too urban to be included on Music Box. I used to think it was an unfinished or unused song from Emotions.

A No No single art? (88,476) by Matty from Vancouver Canada
I wonder if there's going to be new "A No No" single art? Maybe when the remix is released? "With You" single art is one of my favourite ever. Given the fantasic visuals of "A No No" video, they could do a really dope '90's neon themed single art.

What up, playa. It was sensational, Mariah smashed it. I'm determined to meet Mariah again one day, but next time string a few sentences together and not stare her out with a creepy smile. Also better half is convinced Mariah was checking him out, I want to disprove his theory.

Re: Original Music Box track listing (88,473) (88,474) by Bill from the UK
Music Box feels like it's missing something when it ends with All I've Ever Wanted. It's a beautiful song, but it's no album closer. Everything Fades Away adds a whole new layer and element and haunting end to the record. It's epic, especially the exchange between Mariah and the background singer ("so hard for me to let you go"). It's like how the debut was originally going to end with Prisoner. All I've Ever Wanted is the Prisoner of Music Box, only without the sassy rap.

Re: Original Music Box track listing (88,470) (88,473) by Edward from USA
To me the best ending tracks are: The Wind, Looking In and Outside. When I don't take my meds, I can't play any of those. "Everything Fades Away" is a gem, but I don't see it as part of Music Box, not only because it wasn't in the US tracklist, but because of the genre.

I can't imagine Music Box not ending with All I've Ever Wanted.

Jadakiss. Where you been all my life? How was the Crimbo concert?

Agree with everything you said. And Music Box is not complete without Everything Fades Away. It is the best ending track to a Mariah album. Ezcdpt for Looking in. Oh and Outside. Wait, FLAB. Ah, I can't do this. What s the best Mariah ending track? For me it's a haunting one. One that makes you feel so touched by her you go back to track one and start again. So, Looking In. It's the locked in a dark room almost contemplating if living is worth it song to which everyone who likes Mariah probably relates. Looking In.

A No No video (88,469) by Hector from Mexico
I love the new video. It's her best clip since Touch My Body (in my opinion). I like the colour palette, the dancers and she looks great. I'm impressed.

I was not amused by DJ Suss. He played some great songs, but he's annoying.

What the %§% is he doing here? (88,467) by Edouard from France
Negative, boring, nihilistic, I mean, come on. What he is doing here? I feel half of Caution was created to point at people like him and dispossess them from the very little power they believe they have in this world. GTFO already.

Original Music Box track listing (88,465) by Bill from the UK
Apologies to wade in during all the A No No talk (great video by the way), but the original tracklisting for Music Box surfaced on a promo item on eBay, thought I'd share.

1. Dreamlover
2. Hero
3. Anytime You Need A Friend
4. Without You
5. Now That I Know
6. Just To Hold You Once Again
7. Never Forget You
8. Do You Think Of Me
9. All I've Ever Wanted
10. Fade Away (this would be re-titled "Everything Fades Away")
11. I've Been Thinking About You
12. Music Box

It's an interesting sequencing. For me Everything Fades Away loses its impact not being the final track on the album (sorry you all in the US missed out). It does also corroborate that Do You Think Of Me was originally planned to be on the album (as alluded to on the Dreamlover singles, where it states both songs are taken from the forthcoming album). Music Box is a nice ending to the album though.

Boasty (88,464) by Norman from USA
I get a feeling this song is going to light up the charts. It may be a Wiley song feat. Steflon Don and Sean Paul, but Idris steals the show. I may not understand 97% of what they're saying, but damn. He really did that. This will also put Steflon Don out there more before the ANN remix.

The eyeroll moment that GMA turned into a meme already went viral on Twitter and so has several others. Say what you want to about Mariah not understanding the current landscape of the industry but she knows how to create a memeable moment, lol.

Re: Caution tour start time (88,438) (88,462) by Nicole from US
I was at the Detroit one and I was front row dahlings. But dj Sussone was pretty much keeping everybody alive from 8 through maybe 8:45. I believe Mariah came on like 9:25 or 9:30. It was well worth it since I was in front together with a die hard lamb who was driving from show to show coming from Las Vegas. Maybe a lot of you know her. He he. The show was great. She whistled for her life on that "Heartbreaker" set.

Re: 80 minutes late (88,459) (88,460) by Andrew from London, UK
To be fair, the many times I have seem Mariah she has always been reasonably on time. Lateness intentional lateness, is obnoxious, however. When she was booed and she asked Stella "Are they booing me?" and could not understand why was priceless.

Re: 80 minutes late (88,446) (88,459) by virgo.miss from australia
When I saw her in 2013 she was close to 2 hours late. Which was not great especially as it was sponsored by Moet and we ended up getting through several bottles. My friend didn't make it through the show even though it was only 12 songs (although the 4 costume changes dragged it out until midnight).

Re: Caution (88,444) (88,458) by virgo.miss from australia
I like it more the more I listen to it. Even One Mo Gen gets stuck in my head and I couldn't abide that one to start. I just kept it in the car and put it on when the radio became too annoying (Adele Hello or that Ed Sheeran/Beyonce abomination mainly) and now I've brought it inside and choose to listen, it replaced Charmbracelet as my current go-to MC album, at least for now. I've bought Glitter and I'm picking that up next week so we'll see which one wins the showdown.

A No No (88,457) by Lara from Middle East
Maybe helping it go viral would help, although GTFO had that potential and it didn't help. People could try to make a choreography on the subway with this song. Or mommy sites could use the song for parodies. Could help with views until the remix is released.

Re: Caution (88,441) (88,455) by B from USA
You've only listened to the album, from start to finish, only once? I'm glad your not a music critic. What did you mean when you wrote Caution is "the best version of what it could be. Or wants to be." Caution is Mariah Carey making the album she wanted to make while keeping her vast and varied fanbase in mind. She not only has to cater to fans from the 90's and mid aughts but also has to appeal to mainstream R&B which she managed do to effortlessly on Caution.

Re: Caution (88,444) (88,454) by B from USA
Mariah releases her best album in years and her fans don't like it. Well not her fans just members of this board. Go to Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube and read the comments and you'll notice that most of them are people saying they can't believe they ever doubted her and praising the album especially GTFO, Caution, Giving Me Life, 8th Grade, and One Mo Gen. Andy, darling you make this place miserable but I decided that leaving because you returned which everyone knew was coming gives you power over me and I'll never do that. Yes, I read your messages because someone has to call you out on your bs. By the way, A No No has over a million views on YouTube and is still trending and it has been streamed over 100,000 times on Spotify today alone.
