E=MC2 vs. Memoirs (56,565) by enwar00 from usa Thanks to everyone who posted regarding Rainbow vs. Charmbracelet recently. I mentioned they were next to each other in my list of favorite MC albums, and they are, as my least two favorites. I go back and forth with which one I like more. I enjoyed reading the responses, so moving on I thought I'd get the MCA Lambily's take on two of MC's more recent albums that were released in close proximity of each other, E=MC2 and Memoirs. Both seem to be polarizing among fans, but I was wondering, which do you prefer? (Thursday 10 September 2015; 8:22)

I think the only time it matched was when she wore the same necklace (or a similar one) for her vow renewals in Paris, where she wore the white fishtail gown. Oh wait, it also looked good at the Rockefeller event. Although that night she had another major fashion faux pas with her fake tan (notice the glove region, tan mishap). I also agree that the choker she wore with the pink dress went with the dress. I liked the pink dress, the waterfall slit gave it a fun meets formal look. Sometimes she goes overboard with the accessories. Like big chunky diamond pieces with very casual attire (like the tank top moment this time). (Thursday 10 September 2015; 1:48)

Morisette has good stage presence. Nina has a soft nice tone too. But you are right, Kyla comes close, she also has the melismatic singing gift and the buttery tone. Yay for lambs being successful singers. I want to be their friends lmao. I think Philippines has a great gift of music. I heard of Kyla through Brian McKnight so I guess he also appreciates it. Thanks for explaining it. I'm 1/6 Filipino so I truly appreciate the effort. I've always wondered how music is like there. Truthfully I think some of them can even make it big internationally with the right people. I think Kyla's voice is a mix of Mimi and Beyonce, Rnb princess is well deserved. Warrior, I have no clue but I've seen some compilations of her songs on YouTube. And right? She seemed to be lipping but it's so live. Deedra, it really is. Yeah I have not heard one person give justice to Butterfly, actually I don't know anyone who dared to sing that song except Kyla. She did fab. Mimi L, I really agree, Necklace has to go. She also used it at a dinner with Courtney Love, it didn't match. She seems to be a fan of chest plate necklaces. Nowadays these news outlets just make up stuff and pass them off as stories. However fashion advice for Mariah, that necklace does not go with that tank top. But I like her tank top though. Rare I Still Believe (Together Remix) (56,553) by Baby from Dreamville...Where There's No Beginning & There is No End I've never heard this remix before and it's brilliant. Krayzie Bone and Mariah are Magical together. Like, when will your lesser faves ever have so many amazing unreleased tracks 25 years into their career? These things make me so happy. TMB (56,550) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter Oh wow I almost forgot what a sexy song TMB is. It's like a more explicit "Honey". Where "Honey" relied on subtext and hints to deliver a sexy message, TMB is like full blown "I'mma draw you a picture about exactly what will happen between us in the boudoir". It's like an instruction booklet on foreplay hahah. I love it. I love everything about TMB. The breezy vocals, the sexy but witty lyrics, the laid back but quirky beat, the "hey ee yeah ee oh oh babyyy" and the "oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, ah ah ah". The video is one of my favorite Mariah videos. I love the sexy meets nerdy and cutesy elements. Also I love how she sings TMB here. (Wednesday 9 September 2015; 15:22)

Justin and Why You Mad? (56,549) by Mimi L. from Empower Your Highlighter Justin is back with a bang and this could have helped Mariah too, or still can. I know a lot of people on this board think Justin is crap, but his recent music is really good and I think his voice goes well with Mariah. If Mariah wants Why You Mad to ever be released, now would be the time. It actually might have been better if she released it right before the release of WDYM, when Justin fans were hungry for anything Justin releases but I think now can also be a good time and she can just ride on the wave of popularity and success his new song is getting. I think Why You Mad with just MC and JB is perfect. The rappers don't add much so they could just re-do the arrangements and it would be great with a simple video. America loves a good comeback and this is sort of just that with Justin since he basically ruined his image. Say what you want, laugh at him, it's undeniable that he is a huge pop star now and if it can help Mariah then why not? I like their vocal chemistry. (Wednesday 9 September 2015; 15:11)

Rare clip (56,547) by Lee TS from USA Here's a short clip of Mariah doing TMB on The Hills and from what I can hear within the poor quality she sounds pretty good. I think it's probably a different take and can only wonder why they didn't use this footage. Because from what I can remember and just youtubed, she didn't sound too hot that night. WDYM? Justin Bieber's first Billboard Hot 100 #1 (56,543) by Baby from Dreamville...Where There's No Beginning & There is No End Congratulations JB, you have officially arrived. And it's a hot shot debut too. Despite his established global popularity and unprecedented success in sales, the BB Hot #1 has been his most elusive achievement. He has a long way to go before he is anywhere near Mariah's or her fellow legends level but it's a good start. Also, What Do You Mean? is actually a pretty good song, meaning not just a bunch of words thrown together haphazardly. It reminds me a lot, lyrically, of YDNWTD from MIAMTEC. God bless, much love.
