First of all, she didn't write "I still believe", and there's some crap on that list. Bye Bye? Really? Can't stand that song or sound. I guess we all have our own subjective opinions. Re: The Daydream era (88,938) (88,939) by B from USA This. Mariah's vocals on Daydream are dreamy and I believe it was intentional. Mariah is a master at what she does. A lot of her best songs could be described as dreamlike. She's able to use her voice in ways that lulls her listeners into her dream world. Mariah's attention to detail, especially her intricately layered vocals and background vocals, sets her apart from Whitney and Celine. (Monday 1 April 2019; 02:53)

The Daydream era (88,938) by Gee from U.S.A. (New York City) The vocals are dreamy and puts the listener into a daydream type of vibe in my opinion that why I think that whistles and belting were minimal because of what she was going for with the album as far as direction. The era itself was a golden era for MC as she also delivered some of her best vocals on that tour as well. Also that era gave us all different MC vibes musically Pop, R&B, A/C, and hip hop. I still like the album, but for me there's always been this unsettling feeling as if she's singing with a diminished voice and also singing noticeably outside of her natural range with a little bit of effort. The vocal growls and gritty delivery is totally non existent it's just all resonance and airy girlie cooing. Maybe that's the mood she wanted to go for after all it is titled "Daydream". Lol. Best song to me was and still is "Melt Away" because after that bridge she said [censored] it and unleashed a power belt. And also snuck in some whistle notes. (Sunday 31 March 2019; 23:27)

Re: Before we move on (88,930) (88,933) by B from USA It's been on the R&B Album Sales chart for 18 weeks and is back at #1 this week, its fifth nonconsecutive week at #1 on the chart. I also listen to Caution daily which I didn't do with MOAIA or MIAM. I don't think Mariah or Epic are going to abandon this album after just 4 and a half months. I think Caution which is one of the album's most streamed songs should be the next single. Mariah should call up Paul Hunter and resurrect Agent M for the video. (Sunday 31 March 2019; 16:06)

Now Mariah's a mother and touring constantly, I suppose we have to get used to longer periods between albums, we really were spoilt in the 90s when she pounded out an album virtually every year. I've said before that Dionne Warwick's granddaughter could be a great fit, she has the look and a pretty good voice. She was a contestant on The Four last year, her name is Cheyenne Elliott. Re: MC's next album (88,920) (88,925) by RibbonB from USA Actually no B. I'm referring to the elusive Amazing Grace documentary from the original live church recordings of Amazing Grace. It is finally being released over Easter weekend for all to See. Here's a great write-up about it. I keep hearing that the love events were transcendent, which makes sense as the recording is amazing. Aretha herself held it up from release over many years before she died and for other reasons it languished in a vault, but it's finally being released and was out in time for Academy Award consideration. Her voice in all its glory, using all facets of her voice is unmatched. Looking In is probably my favorite song off that album. Even at 41 years young, that song is still the story of my life.
