A (55,319) by Mirage_Nunez from America
Well he has like a zillion jobs, while that can be commendable to an extent, when do you really have time to raise your kids? Don't get me wrong. I'm sure he loves them, but just speaking from my observation before and post "divorce". He was always in and out. Mariah said it all in "Faded" and even call him the "abandoner". You deejaying here, Wild'n Out there, and worrying about America's Got Talent somewhere, but you're not there for me. It's all about balance, and from my observation his career has been tipping the balance beam. I actually don't hate Nick, think he's a bad guy or father for that matter. I'm just calling it like I see it.

Nick Father's Day (55,315) by Mirage_Nunez from America
Licia no shade girl, but we all know Nick is a dedicated drive by daddy. No tea no shade. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a gig on Father's Day and couldn't keep the kids anyways.

Billboard's fan army faceoff (55,314) by Leigh from USA
If there was ever a time to actually show support for Mariah it would be here. She made it through the first round but is neck and neck with Chris Brown's fan club (really?). With the lead changing between them all the time. It's going to take a lot more of MC's fans to keep her in it though. Taylor Swift, Nick Minaj and many others are exceeding 100,000 votes and Mariah's fan base maxed in the 80,000+ range in the first round, and she's only in the mid 60,000 range currently. So cast your vote, you only get one and you don't need accounts on Facebook or Twitter to vote. Just click the link, then click the view button on the current bracket (or click the #lambs if on mobile). Then click the vote button and you're done. Let's. make it happen (that was pretty bad, huh?).

Mariah - New York - Christmas Show (55,313) by John john from UK
Does anyone know is Mariah is doing New York Christmas shows again? I've found an awesome deal to NY for 4 nights from the UK. Only want to go if she is playing. Am I right in thinking this is an annual thing?

Fan army face-off (55,312) by Malcolm from Asia
As you read this message, start voting on Mariah everyday, she and Chris Brown are having a tight race. If all of us here will vote for Mariah everyday, she will totally win this round. Just click on ktktkt from Philippines's link every time you are free. We must join forces on this, it will be great for Mariah and FYI she is the only artist who are in the contest on her colleague even Madonna fans are not on this face-off. If all of us will join on this, we can prove that Mariah still has many die-hard fans in any generation. Go lambs, let's do this.

Most rousing/moving Mariah songs (55,310) by this_is_qhm from the Philippines
Every now and then in the course of playing Mariah's albums, there comes a song that just does something to you almost on a spiritual level, sometimes too much that it even makes you well up and realize that you are not callous after all. Here are mine:
(Sorry, Hero's out of the list. Does nothing for me. Maybe it's the fact that it's overplayed.)
10. One Sweet Day - Once the bridge starts, try - just try not to sing along. So hard.
9. I Am Free - Wherever you are, she takes you to church with this one.
8. Cry. - Her boldest album-opener, period. Not advisable to start things with your heaviest cut, but her delivery makes it work.
7. Through The Rain - Don't let the first 3 quarters of the song fool you. The last one kicks in and reminds you that there's no doubt you're listening to "the" voice.
6. Butterfly - That soaring chorus just liberates you and makes you want to test your wings.
5. Can't Take That Away - Her best self-help anthem because it comes from personal experience.
4. Lead The Way - Not all of these stirring songs have to be gospel-tinged or inspirational. That last chorus says it all. You've just been Mariah'd.
3. My Saving Grace - Mariah's prayer. You hear her devotion in this and it's just breathtaking.
2. Fly Like A Bird - This is just common sense. If you're not moved by this, you're dead inside.
1. Outside - One of the most depressing songs in Mariah's catalogue, this one could have you crying like baby whether you have ever felt like an outcast or not.

Deborah Cooper's story (55,308) by Lee TS from USA
What a beautiful story and good for her for pulling through. Really nice to see that Mariah is very human and empathetic, what an angel.

Last night's show (55,307) by 123 from USA
So I bought tickets the day of the show at the box office. I paid a lot less than what was offered online. First she couldn't find two seats together, then we were off to the side. Luckily she worked her magic and got us up front. A fan from Israel came and sat next two me and showed me pics of him and Mariah in Israel at the airport. He was moved by the usher for being in the wrong seat. Nice guy. Mariah sounded good and my friend who went with me didn't detect any pre-recorded moments which means she did a great job pulling those moments off to non-lambs. My friend was like "She didn't miss a single note, there wasn't a moment where I cringed, I have no complains about her voice." JP was driving the car in Dreamlover with shades on. Everything was top notch about the show and she is everywhere in Vegas. The gift shop now has all get Columbia releases sans the first number 1, her 1993 performance of LTT was playing, even the clerk was singing it. It says a lot about her relationship with Def Jam when not even TEOM or E=MC2 were available. The casino plays her music. Obsessed was on and a random girl was like, I like this song. The house was packed from the bottom to the very top. The casino Mariah performs in is very elegant, nothing cheap or over the hill about this show. I hope she continues as this helps her keep a better regiment of staying in good voice. Common Empire season 2 soundtrack with at least a guest spot.

8. Got A Thing 4 U
9. Miss You
10. Sprung
11. Secret Love

Deborah Cooper to the Daily Mail: "If it wasn't for Mariah Carey I'd be dead" (55,304) by Baby from Dreamville...Where There's No Beginning & There is No End
Such a poignant story and like most of Mariah's good deeds completely unreported (until now). Which is part of the reason I love her so much. I hate a braggadocios Scrooge. But really, what Mariah directly did for Deborah Cooper I know she has done for me also. She's helped save my life too without knowing it through her music, lyrics and the way she's used her platform to spread optimism. One day I'm going to personally thank her.

Nick and the twins (55,302) by Licia from USA
I know that story is halfway false because why would Mariah be handing him divorce papers? They are already divorced or almost done. Anyway if the part about her taking the kids is true (notice I said if) then he has every right to not want his children to go and he should fight for them and try to reassess whatever agreement they made as far as custody (I'm not even touching the drunk claims). Even though I praised her for at least sending him a father's day tweet, I'm a little salty that she took the twins away for his day. I found it funny that no one else found that to be shady, but had Nick taken the twins on vacation on her day then everybody would want to burn him at the stake.

Don't call it shade, it's the tea (55,301) by Lee TS from USA
Lol I love what she said here. So very Mariah yet pretty profound. Asked who will be the "next Mariah", she said: "Everybody should be their own person. The music industry today is a very difficult place to have a long lasting career. Especially if you are trying to be a carbon copy of someone else. The best advice I can give is to work as hard as you can, try not to alienate people, and love what you do."

Bette Midler / Mariah's stage presence (55,298) by Martyn from England, UK
I went to see Bette Midler live last night and have woken up today still in awe at her performance. She was absolutely incredible - so engaging, energetic and full of life. It made me sad that Mariah no longer seems to care about putting on a show. In fairness, they're two very different types of artist (Mariah's voice obviously runs circles around Bette's), but it made me yearn for Mariah of yesteryear when she used to move around the stage and fully connect with the audience. People are so quick to blame age, but Bette is almost 70 and I felt like I was watching a 20 year old. She was relevant and current but without seeming try-hard or age-inappropriate. I love Mariah more than life itself, but I think she would gain a lot from watching Bette's show. I know she has it in her, I just think she's become disconnected. She needs to reconnect.

Packeriah / Rainbow (55,297) by NHYTG from nyc
I must say I like the recent Packeriah stories and rumors, at least the silly stories about Mariah being a desperate drunk and drugaddict since her divorce are gone. I think she has got her sweet revenge by being able to show the world she's an attractive happy woman who is wanted by a very rich guy. And about Rainbow, I also play this gem a lot lately. The Daydream, Butterfly and Rainbow era is by far my favorite Mariah era anyway, I also think these albums are so much more personal than the first three studioalbums. Too bad that after 1999 she hasn't been able to maintain this level, imo TEOM and MIAMTEC have been the only really great albums in the Virgin and Island/DefJam era, the rest is just average to me, nice albums but not great.

Packeriah rumors (55,296) by Lee TS from USA
Him buying all the tickets to her shows is the most dumb rumors yet. It doesn't even make sense. Yes the gig is lucrative for her but I'm pretty sure she wants to perform and be among her fans. She's an artist not some kept woman. If Mariah does actually go along with that just to be with him, I would be so disappointed and call her every name in the book. But then again, look what happened when Nick came along and she dropped the ball on E=MC2. So like it was Buckle and M's 18th anniversary yesterday. How awesome is, ok I hope I don't get censored because it's more a term of endearment, that his hag is an actual diva. The little clip Buckle posted was so adorable and cute, screams diva in the most over the top yet hilarious way. I love their friendship and I bet he has all the tea with honey and sweethearts sprinkled on top.
