I want Mariah's new album titled as "The Rise of Black Irish" or just simply "Black Irish". I can imagine what would Mariah say when the interviewer ask, "Why you named this album as Black Irish?" Then she would reply "Because I am a Black Irish, I do darling. My mom is Irish and my dad is Black Venezuelan."

This is a wonderful honor for AIWFCIY and our Mariah. Congrats to her and the song. I still can remember listening to it in the fall of 1994 and having it on full blast in my little house by the White River in Vermont when I was in law school. It wasn't exactly Christmas time yet and my roommate came home to see me bopping around to it. Embarrassing, but even then I knew it was a SGSHWWW. And I am proud to say I was right. It's now, officially, a part of American history.

At this point she can have as many splashes as she wants. I don't think after the next project we'll be hearing anything new from her for another five years. I've noticed one thing though, the longer she waits in between albums, the less she sells. Fans can wait, but if they feel neglected, eventually they will jump ship. Taking a 2 or 3-year break is Ok since she'll always be defrosted for Christmas, but after a while we need at least an EP. I hope whatever she's been cooking for five years is worth the wait.

Lol. Did you see on Twitter yesterday MC posing and being extra for the cameras? Someone on Twitter said that she had too many splashes at dinner. But you have to love our MC, she knows how to work a camera. I say let her have her fun when she is out on a night on the town.

Yes, I am bored. Maybe it is now time after all these years to sign with Warner Brothers (she chose EMI/Virgin 23 years ago) and get this new era started already. It is almost like she is making us wait on purpose. By the way, my Butterfly 25th Anniversary vinyl box came in the mail this past weekend. The packaging is her best yet.

She had a connection to him and performed at a birthday party for him. As well, she is friends with Naomi Campbell who frequently worked with him. So, we will see. The theme is "In honor of Karl".

MC has been really successful with covering famous hit songs. She has to cover a song that is gonna grab the world's attention. So, this one song came to my mind that would fit MC's current voice perfectly. The song is Rolls Royce's [sic] Love Don't Live Here Anymore. MC could put her own spin on it with a huge choir moment from Tye Tribbet and G.A.
